It’s not made in the for-show factories it’s made in sweatshops they directly hire to make bags for less than €100 so the labor is sweated labor. Don’t buy designer goods.

The work is beautiful and impeccable. Not affordable to most and not important to many. However, if fashion is your vice….go for it!
Watching them hand stitch and paint those bags was truly amazing! I would only have an issue for mass produced goods all by machine that charged high prices for simply the brand name itself. And I’ve heard Gucci also do this with some of their lines and send to China. Although China does have very high end manufacturing it’s mainly all machine.

To each their own, but I have a feeling that for even those that can easily afford the cost of such items/brands, all said and done when the ride of life is almost over, are not going to wish they had even further indulged themselves in more of the overpriced trends of fashion.
And the ride of life is over for each and every one of us. There's some comfort to that.

A lot of designer brands (including Gucci) send some of their lines of clothing to China to be produced. Although China does have very high end production (it’s not all $10 shirts) they are mass produced by machines. I know a number of high end designer brands like Versace send some of their trainers to China. Now it’s good quality from what I understand..but not hand made.
