Environment Design Demonstration

This is a step by step demonstration of environment design I did for an animated feature film. The project ended up being cancelled as happens all too often but we can take advantage of it here in the capacity of a demonstration.

I like how you're able to totally reuse the exact composition from the rough concept in the location design and have it totally work either way. Seems like it would give affirmation of the strength of the original composition for you.

hey nathan, there's too much sibilance on your audio (ssssss sounds)
try moving the mic a bit away from your mouth or use some kind of pop shield.

How often do you need get approval on your work from non-artists people? To me it seems it would only storyboard artists and director who really needed to see this stuff.
