This reworked game is a great example of the new Stern, where the best players in the world have a substantial influence on the game. Then there is Inside Connect, which takes the whole field to a new level. Stern continues to crush it.
Also full credit to the stream layout -- window sizes for scoring is nice and big. Feels more immersive than the usual stream layout.
The best player in the world coded this game when it was originally made. Lyman won many big events. :)

Why does the ball stop and not go all the way around the orbit?
@@Killl_Dozer If you are talking about on ball launch, you have to hold the left flipper to be able to get the super skill shots instead of the standard skill shot.

I noticed that there was an expletive that was beeped over during the video. I’m hoping this was by the editor and not that the game voiceovers are bleeped out? Can someone confirm?
I believe the game was set to family mode, there is an adjustment in the game that you can enable adult mode with no censors 😊

Why no pros? Money.
Metallica is already a highly sought-after table as is. You're giving people the opportunity to buy one with extra additions, so why not make it premium/LE only and get that extra $2,000 to $3,500 for each one sold, on top of guaranteeing the 500 or however many LEs are made to be sold immediately?
The table is already designed, so this isn't as resource heavy as creating a new table from the ground up, with new mechanisms and rules and all of the man hours involved in making it.
As cool as this is, it's 100% driven by what will make Stern Pinball the most money. And I expect more tables like this to be remade in the coming years.

The new artwork is so much better. It’s not even in the same ballpark.
I just don’t see how shoehorning in live clips is of any worth. It’s a game make the display fun and emphasise the score. Jackpots and spinner counters should come at you large! It’s a game not a dvd menu.
