I feel like on the after show they tried to portray Natalie as crazy and jealous over Shayna. I wouldn’t trust my fiancé if he was still in contact with a woman who tried to break us up.
This is such an under discussed issue when we end a relationship. We always talk about forgiving your ex partner but never, or rarely, speak about forgiving yourself. That's the hardest part.
@@OTF-nv1bw Forgiveness for another person is for the self not the ex. Letting go of hurt & pain caused by other is a way to free yourself of an ulcer & emotional stress. Once you let that anger and , like u said start giving yourself ( the self)
To be honest I wondered how blind the cast were when it came to Shayne. He was so needy and toxic. I'm just glad Natalie is in a safe place now and healing.
@@EBizz85 It is but it also doesn't discount how she felt. At the end of the day these are her feelings and she's able to identify her feelings very clearly. All of us know someone or are the person who needs to hear this and recognise what a toxic relationship can look like.
I love that everyone had their own little blanket. So cozy! Reminds me of sitting on the couch with my girlfriends & having good meaningful conversations. So glad I found this podcast from Iyanna's recent interview with Diary of an Empath. I loved it.
I’ve had a toxic relationship, and now being in the healthiest relationship of my life (so much so we are married 🥰), I can say the biggest green flag is just feeling safe and secure all the time. That no matter what obstacles we face, we always show love and respect to each other no matter what. No egg shells. Sometimes having bad relationships allows us to value good relationships when we have them. Silver linings 🌈
If I ever doubt Natalie, after hearing this I'm 100% sure this was a toxic and abusive relationship... I relate to the feeling anger at yourself and the longing for your old self that will never come back... Love Natalie ❤️ stay strong
" I am not talking about Jarrett " lol 😆, love this podcast feels like you're talking real with your friends. On the show after you found out you were his second choice and walked the booth and kneeled down, I felt that to my core and was screaming at the TV no don't accept that! You are such a beautiful and sweet soul I wish you love, peace and abundance
This was so informative and I related to so many things they mentioned. I did not have the healthiest childhood and ended up in a toxic relationship feeling that I didn’t deserve any better. Everyday I’m working on self love and being more self aware. I love these ladies for opening up and being vulnerable.
It was so depressing to see how little time the audience gave these women to be the victim of their situation. The patience ran out so thin, and I’m so surprised by not really the men; but mostly the women on social media so willing to throw strong women under the bus. They’ll see this as a cry for attention rather than a woman sharing her truth. I have zero doubts for Natalie and Iyana’s truth. The group of women supporting eachother at the end of this season immediately outlined who deserve a voice. Not the men who dragged these women down, and not the other woman who helped them.
I feel like I'm in the room with my besties..Thank you for showing up for yourself and being vulnerable to share ..Statistics say we go back to the toxic unless❤🎉❤🎉❤ we acknowledge and accept ourselves and give self love...Then if I love myself you better love me but I'll always love me first.
Such a transparent episode. In the moment someone can be blind or choose to not completely acknowledge the red flags. However, in the end its good to see the self growth and love that you can gain for yourself. You ladies will continue to move forward in a positive direction. The only closure that is needed is that you deserve to have a healthy and happy relationship.
I’ve watched many relationship convo podcasts, many, but this was DE ABSOLUTE BEST! Spot on ladies! For young women, I’m so impressed by your awareness and ability to break down these experiences. I’m in my 40s and it hit all the points for what I went thru as well. Keep it coming! @Natalie, Shayne obviously had/has issues he himself has yet to deal with so you were simply his punching bag…I’ve been there. Don’t b hard on yourself; you have an amazing heart and spirit.
Such a honest and well done conversation from women that are very clearly committed to their healing journey🤍 These themes are integral to the female experience and the experiences you all touched on are so painful it can be absolutely mind blowing. Grateful to have heard from you 3 :) wishing you guys all the success and happiness :)
It's so amazing to me that this is your mindset now. I'll be 31 soon and I feel like it took till RECENTLY for me to be able to recognize how much healing I had to do. I've been walking around for years, at least five, saying I'm growing and healing and getting better, but it was ALL fake. And I didn't even know it until I began therapy back in April. Shoot, if I'm being really real it wasn't until August. I'm still walking on this growth and healing journey, but I'm really on the way this time. I struggle with not feeling behind in life because I'm just now healing. I love that you all want to grow and have been doing the work to do so in your 20s. Truly love that for y'all!!!!!!!!!
This was such an incredible podcast. Thank you for your vulnerability ladies. Each of you have so much self awareness and your openness will help so many others.
Hiiii ! Just stumbled on this and I’m so happy ! I am going to binge watch this so bad !! I just have a question, are the mics plugged in ? I feel like the sound comes from the video only and it is not loud enough at all, and when ads come up it’s just too loud 😅 I went on Spotify to listen but it’s the same sound quality, just wondering if you guys could improve the sound a little bit ? 🙏🏼 I do not want this to come off as a bad comment, I love the content just the sound is a bit too low 😢 Can’t wait to listen to every other episodes ❤
Hi there! Welcome! yes the mics were plugged in, we don’t use camera audio (except for one episode where we had to due to audio being corrupted and losing it completely) we just had some audio issues for a few episodes and unfortunately this was one of them. It was also our first guest as well. We are new to the podcast space and are working to get the best audio results possible for our audience. Thank you for your patience & enjoy the episodes we currently have out!
I feel bad for Natalie because she's really hurting and I don't think she understands how much. And Iyanna is smart and understands Natalie is stuck in her pain. That's why she mentioned the difference between just copping & being truly out of it.
A lot of what these women are talking about is emotional manipulation because a manipulator will turn their emotions & your emotions against you, and you will always be the bad person in their eyes. I can relate to Natalie in how I always doubted myself & my valid feelings
Of course Shayne protected Shayna and made his ASIAN fiance look crazy every time on Camera, even though she has evidence of them lying and being inappropriate.

I just want to tell Natalie that his attitude of being unapologetic has a due date, and although it is wise of her to not rely on his behavior for her to move on it is important to stay in your higher self and know that every human will learn their faults eventually. This also helps us build compassion for others and most importantly yourself. Time heals everything ❤️ you can do this and much much harder things 🤍🦋
Love the energy :)))))) ALSO, one piece of advice please, the audio isn't the best; if yall can speak more directly into the mic, that would be the best. THANK YOU. have a lovely day girls
I think you guys should look into advocating for and raising awareness for the very cruel way reality tv has normalized abusive behavior for entertainment. This happens time and time again, and these shows normalize these attitudes, even romanticize them. I know one guy from like 90 day fiancé ended up going to jail for domestic abuse-and he had reeked of red flags. Several people on this show in both seasons have become the victims of some very cruel and manipulative people, and there’s a particularly disturbing way the audience gleefully attacks women on tv-even the victims. Wishing you strong women the best
Hearing Natalie talk I felt like she’s describing my ex 😩🥴 they really shouldn’t have let a person like that on the show but I know there’s no way of telling.
just found you ladies’ podcast and i’m so glad i did! can’t wait to watch all of the episodes! all 3 of you ladies are so beautiful & have so much going for y’all! iyanna & natalie i ❤️ you guys so much!! y’all deserve the absolute worlddddd. kayla you’re very insightful. 💕
Very insightful podcast ! As numerous people, I watched the show and I wish all the best to you all. I can’t help but wondering the responsibility of the production when it comes to those forming relationships… The fact that they had seen the anger and lies from Shayne through cameras. I guess they figured out his character early on. I know it makes « good TV » but what’s the limit? Also, I would have liked to hear Natalie’s perpective on the mental state she had walking on the show. I feel she is the « overachiever » type of person (only assumption), which means she is willing to push her limits. Maybe it would have been different if she had met her ex-fiancé outside of the show. But being on the show and seeing other relationships develop may put pressure on the other contestants and they can rush into marriage even though they deeply know it’s not the right fit…

I think Natalie is exagerating a relationship of 2 months..... Come on, is not that they live together and she was abused for years. Simply she has a super ego an cannot stand the guy was not 100 sure. Move on, I can see she is very intense
Every one on that show was intense… they removed all outside stimuli and kept the participants hyperfocused on the objective of the show. You see this same phenomenon with other reality tv shows. They didn’t have phones or tvs or computers-they only had the company of people equally as obsessed about this experiment; then they went on a highly simulated romantic getaway where again they had no phones computers or contact with the outside world. Just the person this show is priming then to marry. Then you have the whole world cheering on your relationship and you guys both went through a very traumatic bonding experience that no one can relate to…you don’t think you’d feel emotionally attached as well?
I feel like on the after show they tried to portray Natalie as crazy and jealous over Shayna. I wouldn’t trust my fiancé if he was still in contact with a woman who tried to break us up.
definitely relate to Natalie speaking on wondering why she didn’t recognize the signs earlier. Forgiving yourself is such a hard part of healing

1 side of the story
When she said yes to the proposal I was like wtf 💀 she's smart and pretty... he has like 3 brain cells left... they were never gonna make it

He was weird and disgusting to me
I love Natalie! She's gorgeous and articulate, want to see her more on screen

Natalie you have no idea how many women you are helping by sharing your story 💕🥰 love from Jamaica 🇯🇲

The conversation about closure 🙌🏽 it's truly never really closure.
Thank you for THIS one. Ofc each podcast is special but I know I needed to listen to this one for sure

Not sure what people would be saying negative about Iyanna. I think most people would be mad at Jarrett since he gave her a raw deal.
I am lol 😆

It wasn't just 2 months. They got back together and broke up twice after filming
