輕鬆上手的佛卡夏 ~ Ridiculously Easy Focaccia Bread

  • 準備工作:
    1.烤盤尺寸為22x16x4(公分)
    2.烤箱預熱230度 C
    步驟如下:
    1.取一個容器,將高粉、酵母、海鹽放入混合在一起,放入清水,攪拌一下。
    2.放入橄欖油,混合均勻,蓋上保鮮膜,放入冰箱中冷藏18~24小時。
    3.第二天取出麵糰,在手上塗抹一些橄欖油,用手稍微整形,將麵糰放入已有橄欖油的長方形烤盤中,使橄欖油均勻分佈於麵糰表面,光滑面朝上,靜置一旁約2~4小時,直到發酵變成兩倍大。
    4.麵糰將會發酵如影片中的大小,在表面淋上橄欖油,用手在麵糰裏面加以按摩,壓出凹洞,讓更多的氣泡冒出,橄欖油均勻分佈於其中,也有助於麵糰在烤箱中均勻受熱。
    5.撒上自家栽種的迷迭香及海鹽,放入已預熱230度C 的烤箱中,烘烤20~23分鐘,表面均勻上色為止。
    6.香氣十足的佛卡夏麵包就完成了。

    2. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees C
    Steps:
    1. Mix bread flour, yeast, and sea salt in a container. Add water and stir.
    2. Add olive oil and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator for 18-24 hours.
    3. Take out the dough the next day, apply some olive oil on your hands, and reshape it slightly with your hands. Put the dough into a rectangular baking pan and add some olive oil. Ensure the olive oil is evenly distributed on the surface of the dough. Let it rest for 2 to 4 hours or until the dough doubles.
    4. Once done, drizzle some olive oil on the surface. Using your hands, press out the holes and let the air bubbles come out.
    5. Sprinkle some sea salt and home-grown organic rosemary on top. Put it in a preheated oven at 230 degrees C and bake for 20-23 minutes.
    6. Enjoy the delicious and easy focaccia bread!

    請問您用烤模(22-16-4cm)的麵團量是食譜的幾份呢?

      @@hhhhung1266 我放入烤模中的份量,和影片中提供的食材的容量是一樣的,是1:1的比例。
      食材如下:
      高筋麵粉 200g
      清水 182g
      酵母 3.2g
      海鹽 4g
      初榨橄欖油 10g
      表面及烤盤上淋油依個人喜好決定。
