- A heartfelt message to all women. You are not alone. Your thoughts, feelings, challenges and pain are shared. The true cause of breast, ovarian, uterine, cervical issues are usually connected. Fibroids, endometriosis, mood swings, hot flashes, night sweats menstrual pain and irregular periods are common issues that are hormone based. Hormone replacement therapy HRT is not the answer to estrogen, insulin, cortisol and progesterone issues. To truly heal female issues, women need to address deep core issues in their life, many of which they do not want to deal with, like relationship, financial and other sources of stress. Thank you Markus. A few years ago I had the courage to leave a bad relationship of 16 years, despite two kids, and being a stay home mom, with little hope for work. I was withering away, and always sick. I found your books, your products, and they changed my life, I moved across the world, found an excellent paying job, found the love of my life, although he is more than ten years younger than me, and we just watched your video together. It brings us even closer, as we held hands, and agreed without many words exchanged.
Your wisdom helped me regain life, and now I am grateful for every moment I get to spend with my love, and my kids are with me, too. Sometimes it pays off risking it all.

I was able to witness my parents relationship over the years. My father passed away 2 years ago at age 91. He cherished my mother like gold each and every day of their marriage. They were married for 63 years.

OMG!!! I was over whelmed and so touched by the message you gracefully expressed to all us women.
I really needed to hear this tonight as I Im a sole parent of 5 kids and Im turning 53 in June this year, Im going through the beginning of pre menopause and I have lost my mojo as I don't know and can't handle the big impact if has done to my body and spirit , I feel so lost and empty with the 20kilo add-on
and just before I watched this video I made a conscious decision to start living my life again and get my mojo back

🥰what made me emotional is the comments and how many women resonate with that! From my experience I became conscious of that when my mother passed away...and that generation of women who lived the same strifes and died of pretty much of the same things...internallizing their feelings into sickness! I've been married for 19 years...and I get absolutely no love or attention or kind words that are not "forced" for over a decade. I struggle with bouts of giving up on my exterior... I'll say to myself..."what's the point?!"... and I have often said to my husband "you're killing me slowly". So many people compliment me on my looks and vitality... I'll be 59 this year... but I can see how much I've aged in the last decade from the stress and lack of true love. What sweet things to say. Wow.
I met my birth mom when she was 44 and I was 24. She was heavy. She thought I was too skinny. I’m 5’5” and was 115 and fit but she had been heavy her whole life. And a smoker. I did get her to quit smoking. Sadly however at age 63 she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and died 9 months later. She ate horribly. Way too many sweets and never exercised. She was such a sweet lady though. I miss her. I wish she had taken better care of herself. I’m 58 now. She would be 78 now had she not got that cancer. 😔
