I'm 37 weeks, almost 38 weeks in my third vegan pregnancy and I'm feeling better than ever and can't wait to find out if Baby is a boy or a girl! We've been through a lot of ups and downs lately with loss in the family, passing of our dog, Beau, the possibility of moving into a new home, and prepping for baby. I'm making sure to focus on the present moment by taking care of myself with the most nourishing plant-based meals and self-care. Our family dog of 17 years just passed 2 days ago. Also, I just wanna continue to thank you. For pouring into your community. We are Christian and WFPB. We got jaded down the vegan hole a few years back. We have genetic issues that causes chronic illness. The doctors have diagnosed me with so many issues. Our son also being non verbal with severe autism. The only part of our walk with God that isn't disciplined and in line is our food. I am in the process of breaking addiction and the stronghold of food. Realizing that food has become our way of dealing. Just as a drug addicted or alcoholic uses their vices, we gave in and let our stomach become our God! Thank you again, and our family will continue to hold you and your family high in our prayers! We are from the GA mtns so not far away! God is surely moving in this southeast region. The devil has attacked us through our choices in foods. I wouldn't cheat on my husband, so I will not cheat with food on my relationship with Jesus! I am proclaiming my healing and I will propser in Jesus name, Amen! ❤

I am so very sorry for your losses! It is a very difficult part of life. I've been through many losses the last couple years and most recently our beautiful golden of 14 years Chloe passed in my arms. Sooo hard! I pray that the Lord would fill your hearts with the joy of beautiful memories! I love following you guys and you make such a big difference in so many lives! God Bless!

I'm so sorry for the loss of your dog.😭 I've lost 2 dogs in my life so far (I'm in my mid-20s). I grew up with goldens. Now I have my own English Cream golden (Rosie). She's already one. Can't believe it. I got Rosie from a breeder that raises her dogs holistically.
If you plan on getting 2 dogs, maybe get a Bernese & a Golden Retriever. My sisters have a Bernese (Caspian), and he is just a sweatheart.

When is the next retreat in Costa ricca?
It would have been this spring, but had to cancel due to baby on the way…and the retreat center is now under new ownership so we are kind of in limbo! Will hopefully begin planning later this year for 2025 retreats!

You have been through a lot in such a short period of time. How proud your grandparents must have been of your beautiful family. Think of the happiness all of you had given them and they you. Revelation 21:1-5 gives me hope and comfort through the losses of my loved ones.
