I just started playing in June last year and when I started, I was playing a Branded Fusion/Dark Magician deck and did decent back from August of last year to December and now I just can't even play no matter how many adjustments I make. I went from doing 3-2 or every once in a blue moon, I'd do 4-1, now I can literally do nothing. I'm moving onto Yubel lmao. It sucks when you can't play a deck you've been working on and perfecting for months.
I play a lot of MD, but I've been thinking of getting into the tcg (even though this meta sucks, I still like the core game). Not sure if I wanna wait out the meta first, but unchained seems fun so I hope that's still playable when I do decide to get into tcg
Coping with swordsoul and getting a marincess deck. Got a fire snake eye deck without any bonfire/diabellstar/wanted but it's just not as fun as good old swordso
Honestly Kash feels stronger than everything else, obviously not including fire. I've been testing purrely and lab, as well as Kash and Kash always catches players off guard. Bless unicorn
Purrely was tier 1 basically this time last year but got ban list syndrome which is shame cause I love that deck :( Snake Eye is alright to play but when 75% of the games are mirror matches it gets a bit repetitive
I still play PK copium, but occasionally you'll come across someone who doesn't know Cherubini sends for cost and wastes their Imperm. I love when that happens.
@@dibdap2373 I mean you could try that but since it sends for cost you have to send before they can technically respond and i always let them take it back since ill just win by being better
Exosister can comfortably run 15+ hand traps you just need prospy small world but I play them and have beaten fire king snake eyes obv just game depending but yea
Why is fire king snake eye a think but salamangreat snake eye not? Is salad not stronger than fire king? I dont play the game for a long time .. maby there is a good answer
Salamangreat snake eye is theoretically a thing but the salamangreat engine is just SO much larger than the fire king one (including extra deck slots) that you either need to play far less hand traps / far less flexible extra deck options OR up your deck count tremendously to fit it all. The salad part of the combo post snake eye ash only resolves when you don't get hand trapped (keep dreaming lol) so in general it's just far less likely to come up than the fire king cards (where kirin also helps you play through hand traps better).
Exactly. I was shocked when he said they can’t fit non-engine when they can literally comfortably fit 16 hand traps easily while still being crazy consistent 😵💫 I’m an exo main and I haven’t lost to a snake eyes player yet bc exo is just so good at shutting them down asap
@solemnyugioh Oh absolutely. You'd be shocked. It can rip through a pure snake board, fire king is a little harder but You'd genuinely be shocked. Since the follow up they generate doesn't matter because the goal is to just kill them every time
I think my biggest gripe with your video, is how many times you're saying "why would you play this, why would you play that?" Yugioh, like all other tcg or even games in general, should be able to be fun and enjoyable as well as competitive. Otherwise I do like your video though! Just, sometimes people like to enjoy life and have some fun, and not just be "meta relevant".
Sure, but when you watch a tier list… I assume you want to know what decks are better than others… So if I discuss a certain deck, I want to make it clear why it’s outclassed. I own a volcanic deck myself. I just don’t delude myself into thinking it’s on par with snake eyes. If one watches a vid like this, I assume your goal is knowing what will help you compete as well as possible.

I believe that you're missing a deck in this list Solemn. I beat a Snake-Eyes deck yesterday in the Duelists Cup in Master Duel using my Heroes deck. I OTKed my opponent on turn 3. Where does Heroes fit into the tier list? Btw, the replay of this duel is public; Sniper35 vs Slade. I am Sniper35 playing with Heroes. This duel took place at around 1pm yesterday. Look up the replay and watch it.
