Where can I buy a new ignition module with a linked key. Because linking keys is expensive AF. I just replaced my ignition module and finally got the car to start but now my key is stuck.
Now how do I keep that spring from going back and locking it ??

Super movie. I have a question. I lost the key to my Saab 9-3. The car is open, if I buy a new ignition with a new key as a set, mechanical replacement will solve the problem? Do you still need to program the computer?
If you lost your 1 and only key you're still looking at a CIM replacement my friend.

Hello, good evening, I have a question for you. Our vehicle, Saab 2006 model 1.9 diesel, was leaking water through the pollen filter. We solved it, but now the radio and rear parking sensors are not working, we cannot solve the problem.
Our car is Saab 9-3 estate 1.9 diesel. After the water problem, the rear parking sensor and radio are not working. Please help me. I would be very grateful to you🙏
On the 06 and earlier models the amp under the seat can go bad causing radio issues. Hard to say with the parking sensors as I'm not sure where the module is. Ideally get a tech 2 and scan to see what codes its pulling and go from there.
Will this also work if steering lock is stuck on. Says remove key turn wheel and reinsert key should start. have fitted new battery but still the same
Sounds like your ignition (the ISM) needs cleaned or you're having CIM issues
Am I able to just cut that little spring?
I wouldn't cut it but technically you can jam it so it's always open and not locked
Love your channel. Do you ever sell your spare extra parts? I’m looking for that rear spoiler you have on the aero! Never lucky enough to find one in a junk yard .
Thanks friend! I sold a lot of my parts but have a lot left. The Hirsch rear spoiler I have is a tough one to find used though.
Can u drive it if it happens to get stuck in the ism. Just can't remove it.
You should still be able to drive it even with the key stuck in the ignition. That is if you shut the vehicle off by turning the key to "off". Now if the vehicle stalls out, you will likely need to remove key and reinsert into the ISM to restart. Obviously if the key is stuck in the ignition, then this is impossible to do.
Where do you recommend getting a catless DP from
Mine is from Prolific Builds but Genuine Saab makes a good DP and MP. Krona used to make quality exhaust too but I don't believe they make them anymore for the Saab's.
Or put the car in reverse and take the key out
