I've been doing this practice every morning. I suffer from chronic migraines and have been going through deep depression over them lately. When you say "smile at your brain" I want to cry every time. I've spent a lot of time (16 years) hating my brain. Thank you so much for this practice. 🙏🏼💙

Hello. I was depressed for most of my 70 years, until two years ago, when I began listening to Dr Gabor Maté. He explains how most people’s suffering comes from childhood stress and trauma. I have been able to be compassionate with myself and to go inside myself to find out how my own childhood traumas have affected my life and who I have been. I had wonderful parents who were unable to support me emotionally, and I grew up thinking there was something wrong with me. With my new understanding, I have been able to heal and free myself from my depression and now many of my physical problems as well. Best wishes to you!

I have been practicing this exercise since October 2023, now we are in April 2024. I was suffering from severe rheumatic pain in all my wrists and in my spine, and the quality of my daily life was greatly affected, as well as my sleep, because of the painful ankylosis. I could no longer cope with the pain without taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. (NSAIDs) Only one week after I started the exercise, I felt a major improvement, and after two weeks I completely gave up anti-inflammatory drugs. My mental balance has also improved a lot. It was a miracle! Since then, I practice the exercise at least 4 times a week, along with other QIGong exercises. Thank you so much, Marisa!!!

I am a traditional Qigong & TaiChi practitioner for five years now. I love this routine. Each movement flows to the next easily, no need for exertion and exaggerations. Just follow the flow. The instructions and explanation of the movements, as well as the benefit of these movements on the overall health are clearly explained, This exercise is a great warm up and excellent routine to supplement my regular Qigong and TaiChi practice. I feel that the entire World would benefit from Collectively practicing Qigong Globally, as a daily practice. I believe we could actually achieve World Peace, if we were all to practice Qigong. I just got the results from a blood panel yesterday. My doctor was amazed at improvement in several body functions. Especially, my kidneys. I give a lot of credit to these exercises.
26th May 2022. My late Dad's birthday. I miss him so very much. I had one of my fabulous astral projections during the early hours of this morning. Doggy woke me up at 7.30am for his brekkie. I felt rattled when I woke up because I didn't want to leave this amazing place far, far the sky. Naturally I had a slow start to the morning. I had been researching Qigong for a few weeks, but too uninspired to get on with it. So, I stopped looking at the Chinese Masters and searched for someone like me, a woman, whom I could resonate with. Thank you so much. I did your Beginners movements for 30 minutes. My feet hurt a bit during the session, but 5 minutes later I was feeling the flow of energy warming my icy body. It's the coldest winter ever in South Africa, so I'm really happy that I have found a gentle yet awesome energy workout and deep stretch. I'm turning 60 next month and it's a difficult time reflecting on all the things I've missed out doing. But, now I have the time to do those things and need the mental and physical strength to bring them to fruition. Thank you. I have subscribed and will be tuning into your daily sessions.
Even though i recently finished my 200 hr YOGA ALLIANCE, I HAVE LEARNED SO MUCH .. from your series .. that i never leaned in class! I AM so grateful , for i will soon be teaching to a group of parolee's some of whom have been in the sick system - institutionalized thinking - for decades- nearly all of their lives -many on as much as 28 allopathic medications. thank you so much,,,i was in asia 16 years and the elderly asians would often say,,if you only do one exercise for life,,,id say walking!! no no theyd say,,,,its knocking on the door of life,,,i would see this among korean, chinese and taiwanese seniors,,,,,,,,,they were doing this constantly in parks i would pass on my scooter,,,,,,,if a young executive of 30-50 became ill,,,,they too would often be in the park doing this and other exercises,,,,,,,,,,thanks for giving the name of it in english,,,all the best to you

This was one of the most intensive and perfekt experience i ever had with qi work. I literally saw the ball of qi right in front of my eyes
When you relax, your brain goes to alpha brain waves. Imagination becomes more real, so that's what happening.

I LOVED this one, it's one for the brain but helped me release a big energy from my solar plexus and stomach, shows how everything is connected in the body :) I plan on doing this with my mother next time
