I think someone at Belle Tress bought a billion gallons of orange hair dye on sale back in the day, and has been trying to use it up ever since. They really don't offer a brown without at least a few orange stripes in it somewhere.
I agree, although I am one who likes darker roots, like in Mocha with Cream. I like the warmer brunettes and so this Mocha Maple Brown would be prettier with roots and not the stripes.@@debraenglander9317
It’s pretty much across the board with the main brand names. Although you may find a few exceptions here & there, a neutral or cool brown is so ridiculously hard to find, it’s not even funny. I guess it’s assumed that unless if you want to wear a straight black, you MUST want some degree of auburn in it. *And I’ve even seen the black w/ auburn or burgundy too.
Thanks for reviewing this one Denise! Glad the zigzag part doesn’t look stubborn like some of the other BT wigs. This one is definitely on my list! Just trying to decide on a color. Wish it came in a color close to brown sugar sweet cream. Reminds me of EW Stella, on of my favorites! ❤
I keep looking at this one but haven't ordered yet. I do like the length and waves but it really differs on the videos and photos I've seen. I was wondering if this new collection has coated fibers like Raquel Welch which I'm not really a fan of.
I know what you mean by an almost oily feel. I've noticed a difference in the fibers on my recent acquisitions from the RW line: They are either dense and kind of clumpy or wispy and not very "impressionable" as Taz would say. Maybe it's due to how much finish they put on the fibers. Idk. I was so excited by the gray they offer in the City Collection, but the density (according to other influencers) is less than a low density RW piece I bought recently. Anyway, thanks for this review!
I had a RW wig that felt oily from day one. Just like they'd put too much chemical on it. I couldn't wash it out. It was awful. Hearing the same thing with a BT wig makes me nervous about getting a city collection. Sarah from Germany also reported her BT Santa Barbara didnt last a day without the fibres feeling yucky. She did wonder if it was just that unit and not a general problem with the collection.
I love the new Belle Tress styles…especially the City Collection😍 The blonde shades are gorgeous!!! Newport looks great on you!
Very pretty Denise💕 Hope they expand the brunette shades!!

Not a fan of the browns in city collection

Got it!
I do get overwhelmed with too much density this one's a cutie 💖
You look lovely in this wig style and color. 🩷

This is so so cute on you. How would you compare this wig to Estetica Sage?
I really like this one!
great wig looks very natural
Love it! I want that wig.
Where is the link to the brush you were talking about?
Thia ia an auburn shade, imo, rather than a brown. I think you look really pretty in it!
Yes! Maybe that is the Maple in the name?

I’ve been looking for a brush that wouldn’t damage the fibers. I ordered the Bsisme brush you recommended.

It's so cute! Do you think it would be easy to make bangs on this wig?
What wig grip do you recommend?
Is the color similar to Jon Renau Toffee Truffle ?
Mine constantly separates and have to brush
Mine doesn’t look like that! How did you style it?
Can anyone compare this color, Mocha Maple Brown, to English Toffee from Belle Tress' cafe collection?
😙🤗❤❤❤
It looks like it might be similar to caliente or RW flirt alert
