Your seedlings look really nice! How old were they in this video? I am trying to find out everything I can about raising Sarracenia from seed. I made my first ever attempt at Sarracenia flower pollination this year when I crossed an areolata 1631B that I got from a friend this spring, with a random hybrid Sarracenia that I got from Sarracenia Northwest last year. The pollination was successful, but the flower/seed stalk on the random hybrid got damaged in August. The seeds actually still fully ripened early after the stalk was damaged, and the pod yielded dozens of seeds. I read everything I could find online about how to germinate the seeds and care for the seedlings, adjusted the different suggestions for my setup, and now I have a 6-inch pot full of two-month old seedlings under my grow light! At first glance they look like cat grass, but when you look closer you can see all the tiny pitcher tubes. Some seedlings already have clearly visible characteristics of one parent plant or the other. Very exciting stuff, and very proud to have nailed it on a first attempt. I've been growing a lot of different plants for at least 20 years now, but making my own unique Sarracenia hybrid(s) is one of the coolest things I've ever tried with success.
