Whys is no1 taking about the fact that you can't bank transfer from the crypto.com cards.....once you have money on your card its locked away..you can only get it out at cash point and have to pay fees

Ok. I been using it for 2 weeks. You can withdraw but you wont get cash. You have to put it through an exchange that can liquidate it. Coinbase or any exchange you keep you coins in and used to transfer coins in the first place. I use getchange.com or coinbase. So the exchange you buy the coins with FIAT from will be the exchange you withdraw your crypto from Celsius and back into that exchange for FIAT. Hoped that helped...

Are you using your chase credit card or checking acct for payments to crypto? Im curious if they (chase) charged you a cash advanced fee when you used their card. I too have my chase platform when making payments of all kinds, had to ask.

But you have to wait days for the funds to arrive in the fiat wallet before you can purchase coins? Whereas buying with a card has fees, but is instant? If there's drastic change in the market, sometimes you don't have time to wait- you must act now.

When I go to add an external account from my bank website it says I need a username and password for metropolitan commercial bank. It doesn't just let me put in the account number and routing number. Do I need to make an account with metropolitan?
Your bank might be verifying the external account using an automated verification service. I ran into this problem too, to get around that I had to find where to manually add an external account, instead of whatever automatic service your bank is using.
Some banks dont like Metropolitan bank. I honestly switch banks to Chase because I got mad I got charged a $75 dollar processing fee for being BTC. Crypto Dad and my friend who I got into CDC who also has Chase got their stuff working so i followed suit.

It seems most banks in Canada won’t allow you to link or purchase crypto currency from your account it says they stopped allowing purchases for probably over a year now. Any suggestions on other options for adding money to my account?
Chase Bank allows you to conduct ACH transfers back and forth? Bank of America told me they would not. They said I might get a few completed transfers, but once they find out, they would cancel my account.
Chase can ONLY do ACH now. You can no longer use your debit card to transfer funds, due to “security reasons.” I was able to use my debit card just about 2 weeks ago, without a problem. Two days ago the transfer got declined ( and no txt msg from the bank to confirm that it’s NOT fraud, like they did before.) I had to call the bank, and that’s when they told me that you can no longer use your debit card for crypto. It sucks because now I have to wait 2-3 days for my funds to clear VS instantly through the debit card. That’s what I love about RH (even though they fk up sometimes.) I don’t have to deal with any of this BS. Takes few seconds to transfer funds, and available IMMEDIATELY, thank you Robinhood! Then it takes them about 2-3 days to pull it out of your bank. So THEY’RE the ones that are actually waiting on the money NOT you. That’s how it SHOULD BE. But of course RH doesn’t have many coins and some stocks, so got to deal with other platforms like Crypto.com, Coinbase (or what ever) to get what you want. In 2-3 days the price of the crypto could be completely different smh, tf kind of BS is that? 👎🏼 😏 *Chase bank is not the only bank that’s having issues with crypto’s, apparently. I don’t even know what security they’re concerned about using the debit card from the same bank. They got your routing number and all that stuff already. Not to mention having all of your other personal info, at the time of sign up. So worrying about security at this point is nonsense.

The most straightforward way to cash out from a crypto wallet is to transfer from the wallet to an exchange like Coinbase, Kraken or Gemini. And then from there, you can sell your crypto for cash and send it to your bank.

Coinbase wallet is a self custody wallet, so any fees that you will incur while making withdrawals or transfers are entirely blockchain based. The wallet itself is not charging you any fees. Blockchain fees vary across different cryptos. They are also higher during times of high activity. So in order to mitigate fees, it's best to choose times of low activity, like late at night or early in the morning.

@@monisune Peace, spoke to Regions they stated I needed to come in person and establish a 6 digit pin in order to wire transfer via certain sites. I explained the crypto issue and they stated following the above step should fix the issue
@Jason Kurr I never looked into it. It basically is a money wire. Since my Credit union doesn't have online access for this, I would have to take the crypto dot com info into my bank and have them set it up.

Bank Of America asks for Business Name, Street Address, City, State etc to send a transfer, cryptocom doesn't provide any of that info.
