She actually craves unconditional love and acceptance. She searches the exterior world to fulfill that hole inside and fills it with food, new clothes, and now sex/relationship(s).
What's needed to really fill that emptiness is self love. And until she treats herself WELL, and that doesn't mean doing whatever she wants, like eating healthy, exercising, etc and making choices for mental and physical well being she's going to be in seeking behavior. That means self-destructive behavior as we've seen for years now.

Honestly Zach, I feel like a crazy person because I'm surrounded by people who just don't seem to care about the pandemic or being safe and my husband died on Christmas of it after we were so careful. Any time someone acts like I'm overreacting I want to drag them to see my 13 year old son who will never not have pain in his eyes or my daughter who was in nursing school and thinks that it's her fault that we all got it and her chronically ill stepfather died. This is probably too much for a light video like this but when I heard you were getting flack I just had to say it.
