I live in Ottawa and my family lives near where Chantal lives and I’m worried that this stupidity will cost someone their life. I’ve reported her live stream where she was driving distracted and this latest one where she admitted to doing drugs and driving home to the Ottawa Police. For her sake I hope the latest one is just a story.
