Based on my experience, Almost zero. Cardio is taken care of on court. Badminton over-uses some parts of the body, so off court training is focused on re-balancing the body, re-integrating proper muscle use, strength training, coordination, and finally power and speed
Great sharing. It would also be great if we could catch a glimpse of how the Japanese team trains. Despite their players' comparatively shorter stature, they demonstrate exceptional footwork and remarkable speed.
Berbeda emang dg indo.... Mreka latihan terstruktur sangat bagus... Walau d pelatnas terstruktur juga tapi mreka lebih komplit kita bisa meningkat emang krena skill pemain kita... Tapi mereka punya sistem yg kuat dan kokoh pondasinya makanya generasi berjalan baik

Itu huang ya qiong, zheng si wei, jia yi fan, dan chen yu fei... peringkat 1 xd dunia, peringkat 1 wd dunia, dan peringkat 3 ws dunia. Benar2 latian dgn sangat serius. Menggunakan beban badan sendiri sebagai bahan latian. Postur tubuh mereka pas semua, ngga kayak kita yg banyak yg tambun2.
Training using one’s own body weight was a training concept recently adopted by the CBA. Since its inception, Jia yifan has been truly traumatised by this workout which explained why she eventually succumbed to the pressure from CBA to lose the weight that was required of her. Much has been written and said that this workout was especially commissioned and designed with Jia yifan in mind. To-date, Jia is still conducting her own investigation as to who was responsible for its introduction.

Shorter athletes are generally faster. Neural impulses take less time to reach the muscles. Look at Ginting for example.
