The Chinese Badminton Organisation Has created a perfect environment for its players.. I think other countries should take consideration from them... Talent is waste without giving it proper time and effort....
Now you cannot see the clear dominance of China because other countries have improved a lot Every country has a unique style of training And it works for them.
@@vardhandongre7956 yeah I agree. Tbh I don't like China in general, once in a while there are scandals, but their sports training is absolutely amazing ngl
Even though the drills looks like proposterous but he deals with it seriously and at the same time enjoying it. I think that's what makes him stand above the rest. Same with other famous athletes, Manny Pacquiao, Kobe Bryant, Lin Dan, and many others. It's what you do outside the court that defines the kind of athlete you are.
As i see him train n play, i wonder how can hendra still on top in men's doubles which is also needs speed n power, while at his age n body.. if u asked him to do these trainings, he can't do it with zsw intensity.. yet he's so effective in reducing energy consumption yet so lethal in his play . His anticipation n angles of shot really r the difference maker
I want to know how indonesian doubles players train, it seems like they have different style compared to any other country....they can't compete with china in terms of power and condition so they play more smartly like ahsan/hendra for example.
i am indonesian, and i think indonesian men double teams are focusing on their 1 style(i think thats why indonesian people are very stylish on the pitch), they focus on attacking style and technical, different with china/korea... as like lee yong dae said, they train everything, like steps.. defense.. drive.. smash.. front court play.. and physical... so we often see videos that korean doubles player played single... i dont said indonesian people didnt train physical or others.. but they focus on attack and technical like me.. as a front court player.. i dont train defense much, bcuz i always go upfront the net after doing 1 defense and control the front court to start the attack explosively thats my opinion as indonesian... i hope it helps
well.... what he was doing can't be called pull ups. They are half reps assisted by his legs, but even though they aren't strick pull ups they still have an effect, way more explosve for example. But it just isn't a real pull up, real pulls ups are meant to create muscle mass, that's why they are done strict, without leg aid and with full extension of the arm.
@@williambrndum3452 they need the plyometric.burst of power.. the short movement that generate quick power.. i bet with all the professional team behind.. they would know how to pull up...
i love arm wresting.. and the hook training is using heavy barbell to hold it close to body and hold it as long as i can.. and soon people start to correct me lol.. people only think fitness is all about muscle gowth

The way they train determine their performance in the court.
The way Chinese train for footwork is amazing, his court coverage is explosive.

should i say height too? his height helps with his balancing on the court

hendra is more of a wise and tactically strong player whereas Siwei is know for speed and attack
Insane level of training
what i can say is he has a very good coach
