Hi Hemant bhai very nicely done, I have a few questions.
Does this not disturb the balancing of the wheel?
2nd in any case if the spokes need adjustments or they r loose for some reason will it not leak air? Anyways its the same issue with Outex too.
I am little confused if I should go for Outex or Such application? I am located in Bangalore, had I been in Mumbai would have definitely visited your place.
Bulu sir Mumbai to Bangalore not that far 😊
@@ChaloChalateHaiha ha bro thats true but bike has to be left for 3-4 days that long staying in Mumbai is slightly difficult 😊
@@BuluBiker I think we can cut and remove the silicon layer from the impacted segments and redo it after the adjustments. I don´t think it will need doing all over again.
Bulu bhai apni new Himalayan ko or tension free enjoy krna chahte hai? Love from Patna Bihar bulu bhai❤
Bulu Bhai AA jao Mumbai meet-up rakhana so that we will meet you
I like the black 'Himalayan' sticker on the tank. Didn't realise that was offered on the Kaza brown.
great job Hemant bro. I wish i could live nearby you. so that my bike gets properly checked by you ❤ Love from assam buddy
Beautiful work. Congrats on the new & spacious workshop too 👍🏻
Thanx brother
Is tubeless good for off roading purpose? Kindly suggest
What is the price for tubeless conversion of both wheels
May be around 10 k bro
It goes up.to 30k
And Mr hemant is an expert in doing it😊
What is the price of this conversion. And how much time it take to fully cure the silicon that you used.
Also please tell where you got that tank sticker. I am going to buy this bike soon. I want that stucker too. If you can provide or tell me where i can but it in Delhi?
Congratulations to new workshop 👍👍👍
Hemanth bhai good job

congratulations on the new workshop dada.
Thnx a lot Bhai
It will create wobble..in high speed... Re Engineer s r not fool I guess .
Congrats on the new space. For how long the solution stays on the rim before replacement. And, is the applied solution easily removable?
Nice details about the wheels
Excellent work 👍👏
Rear rim has safety lip for tyre bead. Front does not have it.
I am from Indore I want to convert my himalayan 450 into tubeless with way2speed , pls. suggest the needful ..... Dhiraj Kumar.
Congrats brother for the new workshop.
As always, neat and clean job done.
The Prefect video was shot near the banner, for the people to note down the address, like your innovative idea.
How many days needed for this tubeless conversion for this himlyn 450.? Plz let me knw the maximum days needed for best level work.! I am will to buy this bike , as like everything in this bike except for this Tube tyre.!😊
From where did you purchased that black Himalayan tank sticker? Please let me know
Please tell me the price for conversion to tubeless tyres for himalayan 452❤
Congratulations on the new workshop. What is the price for the conversion? Also can you ask the bike owner where did he get the sticker for the kaza brown version?
My question is how long will it stay intact and how reliable is this method
what would it cost for the conversion?
8k
the Honda guys are saying Transalp 750 front tyre can't be converted into Outex...any idea why? He said something about the valve...
I have a doubt Hemant Bhai. After this application, can we do wheel balancing ? Asking because spokes have to be rotated to do the balancing. Please reply.
Yes I hav done wheel balance wit this kit
Himalayan 411 tube less hoga?kharcha kitna ayega
Hii there,
Can we use this rims in himalayan 411😅
Because if so then i am going to use cross spoke wheels
Can these tyres of new Himalayan be installed in the older Himalayan
For how long does this conversion on the rim last on the bike?
It is not recommended and not a sustainable solution. The spokes to be tightened periodically otherwise the rims can get bend. You can do it for a Himalayan trip or so that's it. Motul has released a solution which can be filled in the tubes which may be an alternative option.
Is this solution from way2speed ?
But in drag race how himalayan 450 beat adv 390? 😮
Jab spoke tut jayega tab kaisa thik hoga spoke. Firse tubeless karna padega
What if your spokes breaks 😅 u have to remove this application fix the spoke and do the application again what a pain
Off-road riders usually break their spokes
Yes if it brakes v need to replace tubeless kitt but if not then. Only tightening job can b done on tubeless setup
Well.. is it reliable?
Me kolkata se hun. Yaha kaise kare
Does anyone know who does thisnwork in Pune
Sir, from where you got those tank stickers, can you please share?
Kindly share please
Hi Bro, for my Himalayan 2023, small dial shows gear position. But in another Himalayan, I saw direction in it. Gear position goes inside big screen.
Can you tell me how to swap it? I tried a lot in google, but no answer.
Puja paath kro Thik hojaiga
ACTUALL WEIGHT OF THE WHEEL AND RIMS TOTALLY ??
Kharacha kitna aayega for both wheels
7500
Any stickering or painting of himi 450?
Anyone done with their GT 650 plz suggest me if u done and it’s good
Hey If something happens to the spoke can we replace the damaged spoke..??
Yes can b done
Ktmau Himalayan kadrag dekh lena bhai ... Phir torque power aurweightke bare mein bat karna
Hello bhai, I have a Hunter Retro with tube tyres. Can we convert that to tubeless too in the samw method??
Yes can be done but it vll b expensive bcs vll have to change rims also
Happy new year
Himalayan 411 cc and 450 wheel kya same hay?
No.... 450 have aluminium rims but the old 411 has steel rims. You can't convert old 411 rims to tubeless with this kind of modification
Plz tell price and time required. Iam from Mumbai

Good morning hement bro
Price?
How much for this?
Sir your great 👍 🎉
Only God is great sir not me . Am just doing my job .
What's the price to get it done?
@@hdtcustoms11188 if we replace a damaged rim then does the application need to be done again?
Ktm 390 adv has more torque? Get your basics right kid
Yes ktm ADV has more torque and lighter also
I am not sure if this conversion will hold up if one were to do some serious off roading or if by mistake one were to hit a pothole at a higher speed. My Classic 500 had a sever bend in the rim as I got into a almost half feet pothole at speed cos it was invisible as there was a vehicle in front of me. I would rather wait for RE to offer the tubeless rims no matter the price (imo will be around 30-35k).
Lean on side is a problem.. Wtf..
Hi there..
What material / brand is inside that red and white injection applicator tube 9:03
How long does it take to dry?
In how many hours can u give the bike back to me?
How many years does it last before it needs reapplication?
What is the failure rate?
Has it been tested in rain and high impact riding ?
How is that material different from outex ?
Also.. If I coordinate with you.
Will you be able to meet me near versova jetty to pick up the bike?
Please call 9819184823
sir can i talk with u from a phone call need to talk something interesting stuff in new RE's

😀
This tubeless conversion doesn't work for off-roading! Not successful too, might work for sometime but if you hit some potholes or bad roads that will have an impact and air starts to leak slowly! It's waste of money, better know how to fix puncture yourself and carry extra tube on rides. Waitng for tubeless tyres is more sensible!
All u need to do is maintain tyre pressure as per terrains.
