@@GangsterDolphins Everyone got different potential. Awesome progress for you mate. I could do 35 in 2016 if someone could help me with initial lift (a finger's support) with 10 reps. Then worked out intermittently and post first covid wave, now back to 30. Planning to reach 36 in 2 months (my current gym has it calibrated in 2 kgs increments 30,32, 34, 36..etc)
Y F it‘s also solid bro, it‘s not only about power, I do it more for „bodybuilding“. And if you do the same exercise every week of course you will increase your weight. I look always that I have diffrent routines. Last week I did a new PR. 115kg bench press 3reps and it was my 4 set. Just be hungry and you will see results 👍👍
I used to do 40s then this smallee guy came along and did the 50s and i thought fffffdam him, but i realized hey i can do 60kg each side on the shoulder press machine 8 reps

It took me 2 years to reach 30kg 8-10 reps.

so strong.. i'm only at 34 right now, 40s are still so heavy :D
I can do 40kg too, but only 2-5 reps depends on the day 😂 now I see this I feel weak 😂

Dardan Kabashi 38 KG is still good. I can do 38 KG flat dumbbell bench press, I can only do 32 KG shoulder press.
