I don’t understand why this ASMR acronym keeps coming up in my UA-cam experience. What it ASMR? Why are people talking about it? And what does it have to do with sleep? While I will say, with all due respect, I use your videos to fall asleep to many times/nights.
This must be turning into an ASMR channel, that tingle of the texture of the cover And yes, it is, you can see it in the videos they made for money, that it is the original pressing Thanks Mr.Muffin!
I love that album, I've got one of the original pressings and I bought the re-release because I just love that album, plus I thought I'd preserve the original a bit by spinning the new version of the album.
Actually, the one in Belleville is the “only” one left in existence. The one that was on Yonge St. (IMO) was the best one. It was MASSIVE!!! I worked right across the street from it (at Sunrise Records). There is some confusion, where people think Sams - “Sam The Record Man”, is the same as “Sam Goody” (in the U.S.). Not the same chain, however.
The original UK and US label was on Harvest Records, but here in the US is was distributed by Capitol Records and the early pressings did have the prism on the black label. Most releases outside of North America and the UK had the standard yellowish/greenish Harvest label.
You just don't listen to DSOTM, you experience it, a sonic journey for sure, the flow is A1 perfect. Should have gotten Grammy for Album of the Year IMO, no disrespect for Stevie Wonder's Innervisions, also a stellar LP, but DSOTM is still better.
I guess I'm the equivalent of a beggar, but please check with out my channel, I'd really like to know your opinion on my rankings, there's nothing special about it, though, so don't expect anything wowee I'd like you to keep your unboxings on this channel Cheers Mr.Muffin

The original has harvest where pf records stand and has a prism where the black space in it is all blue
An excellent album on vinyl.
Eventually I'm going to buy this album on vinyl.
I am producing a film on Roger Waters. Could I please ask permission to maybe use a small clip of this video?
Kind regards
Barry
Yes.
@@canadianstudmuffin thanks much appreciated. I will credit you if it is used.
Kind regards
Barry
Found an older copy just recently at my local record store.
High Quality Entertainment represent!
for me I would prefer that the poster was tje simple piramid with the rainbow
My original Canadian copy has the band and album name on the spine, not sure about the UK copy though
Tbh I thought this was Gary Oldman at first, great video though, very relaxing
this is oddly relaxing?
Nice video, Larry
This guy oddly reminds me of Walter White

HQE rocks! 🤘
Larry, could you review "Le Bataclan '72" album by Lou Reed, John Cale, and Nico?
Columbia is the original
