Never saw west african or any type of african with hormonal acne and I live in France which is 95% black. When I was in school there was literally 3 white kids in my class me and my 2 friends and only we suffered from acne while 27 of other black/darker pupils did not even have a spot on their skin. Now in college it's kinda the same situation but the only difference is number of people lol around 200 blacks having perfect skin and few of us whites who are having either scars or still active acne

This does help get rid of your pimple faster , but sensitive skin beware- this always leaves a reddish/burn like scar on my face and I don’t apply too much, just on the pimple. Test before putting too much on. Doesn’t happen to my husband, so just be careful if you have sensitive skin.

My daughter was prescribed everything except accutane in the USA. They were hesitant even though she agreed to go on birth control and sign a waiver. Acne had such a huge negative impact on her self esteem her teen years. She scarred. When we moved to the UK a private Dr put her on it at age 23, and I've never seen acne clear so fast. No real irritation other than a little dryness that was tolerable. Her skin didn't get worse first. It got clearer everyday. Within 3-4 months she was clear and has stayed that way. She's 27 now and has some scarring, but not one pimple in almost 5 years. She was just accepted into a masters program at Cambridge, so her confidence went way up.

I find that Salicylic Acid acne treatments don’t work for me very well. Whenever I have used products in the past (cleanser, acne patches) that contain SA… I end up breaking out more after the fact?? Not sure. But I found this stuff and I use it whenever I DO get the occasional acne spot - and it worked GREAT for me. Just be mindful it may tingle/burn depending on your skin’s sensitivity - wouldn’t recommend putting overtop of broken skin (popped pimple)

In my opinion it is a better way to buy Acnecide (in the UK) or treatment with benzoyl peroxide, adapelene or whatever with retinol and use just non-comedogenic cream and etc 🤷🏼‍♀️

I start using it every morning and evening.
1st month I thought it was not helping much.
2nd month I had one pimple that gets dry after a few days.
From the 3rd month zero acne. Really zero.
