His stuff really works. I’ve been in inner circle for 5 months and there is nothing like it in the industry. If everyone did this, sales people wouldn’t get such a bad rap. Especially on the doors.
His stuff is best for warm leads. You almost can’t fail with it because the prospects will literally sell themselves. But cold leads are a diff story. Door to door is especially difficult as well. Most homeowners don’t want you asking situation and problem awareness questions because they start getting antsy like “why are you on my door.” Still works on the odd homeowner that has a normal personality
Scripts can be great tools. My first day on my first telemarketing job I made the top sales on the floor. Everyone said how did you do that. I just read the script. Until you know what you’re doing, follow the script. Build all objections into your script and answer them. Zig ziglar says there’s only one reason why someone won’t buy from you. No need, money, trust, hurry, desire. Cover all those in your script and you will sell. Anytime someone stops you in the script, make a mark there, you need to rework something. Once refined, every call goes the same exact way. It’s fn unbelievable. Same joke at the same time and it works 2000 out 2000 times. This is golden for you and from experience.
When I use to work at a Toyota Dealership I of course had to make phone calls and once I started laughing during my pitch at the right time it kept working😂 it was basically my way of breaking the ice. Then overtime I got better using those strategies over the phone that you mentioned, there’s more to it but that’s my little piece.
It's so fascinating how Jeremy breaks down the psychology of selling-he really hits home the idea that selling is a skill, not something you're "born" with. His emphasis on understanding human behavior and using Behavioral Science to structure conversations makes so much sense. That example of disarming prospects with phrases like "I'm not quite sure we can even help you yet" is brilliant. It flips the dynamic and puts the prospect in a position of curiosity and openness instead of defensiveness. The bit about tone was also eye-opening. I never thought about how subtle changes in how you say something, like a curious tone versus a challenging tone, can completely change how someone responds. It’s so true that people buy from those they feel understand them the most-verbal pauses, the right tonality, and showing genuine curiosity make a huge difference in building trust. And I loved his approach to cold calling-starting with a problem statement like "I have your property tax records here" instead of the generic "Hi, I’m with XYZ company." It immediately triggers curiosity instead of resistance. That strategy alone probably eliminates so much of the typical rejection people face. Definitely some practical insights for anyone in sales or even just trying to communicate more effectively!
This guy is sharp and truly understands the human mind and modern human psychology. I love the play for trying to disarm a prospect to get them to open up and come to a decision
The crazy part of Jeremy is just how he shows his listening skills. Constantly repeating, and showing interest. Really interesting that the best sales people listen better.
Sat through the entire interview and kicked my kids out of my office 3 times to make sure I finish it. Much anticipated for me as I’ve seen several reels over the last few days. Great job Ryan and Jeremy. Appreciate your time and effort and free consulting for those out here getting better everyday 🙏🏼🧠🔑✅
On a sales floor you level up faster based on people around you. You hear a new line or way to rephrase the question and bam 💥 level up. More sales for yourself and team
Boom! I door knocked at age 19-25 in different companies, I had done phone sales prior, so this added to my sales skills, early, I refer to this season in my career as my education! @8:00 ish
📌 If only people could fully appreciate the amount of 💎 value Jeremy just dropped here! He just reconstructed the whole process of selling. I’ve seen tons of Jeremy’s videos before and this has to be one of my favorites. I’m going to save this video and rewatch it at least a dozen times.
Ya super tough transition from sales superstar to CEO. New CEOs Get your foundations in place. I E processes, KPIs, systems, books, taxes, and possibly your exit plan
LOL! Kinda. But there’s another way of looking at it… In the modern marketplace, pricing and offers are so competitive that shoppers get paralyzed from having all of this competitive info and so they procrastinate the actual decision… need someone like Jeremy who understands it’s not about selling you on product and features (which you already know from doing online shopping) it’s not even about the price (because it’s likely a very competitive price and a good deal) it’s about connecting on an emotional level with someone who can get you to open up and finally make that decision to change (to buy)

Insurance and Solar are direct response, B2C industries - meaning it's possible to make the sale in 1 or 2 separate conversations. What about B2B and B2G? Totality and pausing is helpful, but, as Jeremy pointed out, it could taking multiple meetings and building relationships with entire teams Revenue Storm was the best B2B/ B2G training, hands down. Jeremy's tonality and timing would be auxiliary to that.
The only issue I have with this is even though he states we need to be high status. The tonality of his questions seem slow status. The non committal( might, kinda, would you be opposed) words sound push overy
Hmmmm interesting Jeremy sounds prett introverted. Introverts tend to prefer speaking on stage or 1:1 because they have more control. Whereas in groups it’s a little more chaotic
I meant to say that I DM him as he said in the podcast and I haven't received the book, his team did answer me but I'm still waiting, nothing bad to say about him, I am sure it's a great book, the dissapointment is that they didn't send it.@@JosiahMatthews
Using the opposed question. It’s easier to get someone to say no then yes. Would you be totally opposed to going to chipotle instead of chilies? Well I’d rather go to chilies but I’m not totally opposed to chipotle. Now I’m thinking what’s so great about chipotle? Why not chilies? My curiosity is opened. Go ahead and sell me
I’ve been in sales for 30 years. When sales people use these tactics on me I just smile and think nice going bro. You deserve the business.
What specific tactics do you have in mind here?
same man. I'm in sales too and I get so impressed when I get sold to extremely well. Take my money dude!
Jeremy has genuinely changed my way of thinking, the impact he’s already had on me is incredible

I'm halfway through and my word this MAN is dropping some GEMS 💎 such a stoic way of conducting a sales call I never really considered
