    Crab Curry | Crab Gravy | Nandu | நண்டு கிரேவி | Cook N Eat
    Crab - 1/2 kg
    Onion - 200 grams
    Tomato - 150 grams
    Green Chili - 3
    Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
    Mint Leaves - 2 Tablespoon
    Coriander Leaves - 2 Tablespoon
    Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
    Chilli powder - 2 Tablespoon
    Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
    Pepper Seeds - 1 teaspoon
    Cumin Seeds - 1 teaspoon
    Fennel Seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
    Salt - as required
    Oil - 3 Tablespoon
    Bay Leaf - 3
    Cinnamon -1 stick
    Star Anise - 1
    Clove - 3
    Curry Leaves - 8 to 10
    STEPS
    1. Heat the pan and add oil
    2. Once the oil gets heated add Bay leaf, Cinnamon, Star Anise and clove
    3. Then add curry leaves
    4. Add onions
    5. Add Green Chilly
    6. Saute well.
    7. Add Ginger Garlic paste and Saute will until the raw smell vanishes
    8. Add Crab on it
    9. Add Turmeric and salt
    10. Add Tomato
    11. Add Mint Leaves
    12. Add Coriander Leaves
    13. Saute well
    14. Add some water, Close lid and cook for 5 minutes
    15. Meanwhile Take grated coconut
    16. Add pepper
    17. Add Cumin seeds
    18. Add fennel seeds
    19. Grind well
    20. Add the grated coconut and mix well
    21. If need put some water
    22. Close lid and cook for another few minutes
    23. Put some coriander leaves
    24. Crab curry is ready to serve
