    Ingredients
    Cauliflower - 1 medium
    Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
    Gram flour - 150 gms
    Rice flour - 75 gms
    Corn flour - 75 gms
    Chilli powder - 2 tsp
    Garam masala - 1 tsp
    Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
    Salt
    Water
    Oil
    Method
    1. Boil a pot with some water and add turmeric powder
    2. Add the cut cauliflower florets and boil them for 2 mins
    3. Strain the cauliflower florets and keep it aside
    4. In a bowl add gram flour, rice flour, corn flour, chilli powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, salt
    5. Add enough water and make it into a batter
    6. Now, add the cauliflower florets and mix well
    7. Heat some oil for deep frying
    8. Once the oil is hot, add the batter coated cauliflower florets
    9. Fry them till they are golden brown and crispy
    10. Cauliflower 65 is now ready to be served.
    You can serve the Cauliflower 65 / Gobi 65 with some ketchup or mint chutney
