Best way to learn quick is to just attempt and have no fear. I know it may sound stupid, but it really be like that. After you land your first jumps you realize that it wasn't that much and your brain starts to understand how the body needs to move before jumping , mid air and then landing. You will fall for sure, but that's the fastest way to learn. Obviously, proper bike and gear helps. Also mastering a proper bunny hop on flat and then practice it on smaller ramps and drops to understand how you need to push the bike under you before hitting the ramp.
