- Smokes has been grinding away on the Cage Kits install onto the Nissan 240sx S13 project car, and it seems were are nearing completion. The Acura Integra sedan needed a harness swap, so we pulled the dash and got it taken care of. My good friend Chris stops by with his Nissan 240sx s13 project car and we begin to install his new livery.

she's gonna feel like a completely different car now with the cage. hatches almost need this mod to handle right, especially if she's been used hard. my buddies sunroof hatch that had a d pillar repair feels like its twisting in half on manjis and makes it scrub in the front, it tries to spin every time, and you can hear and feel her flex.

You can use EK door handles to fix the integra door handle, you just have to swap the part around the handle that fits into the door. I broke too many used handles before I figured this out.
the grip tape on the clutch pedal is so real

You're doing it wrong Mike! You need to treat your 240SX like a human muscle! Work out until failure, and it will be stronger. You need to crash it again THEN the chassis will be reinforced! Trust me, I have 3 minutes of mechanics experience.

I hope this doesn't come off as rude but, invest in a fairly priced trim removal set. they arent that expensive and you save the hassle of possibly breaking them or scratching them with a flat head. Ive done it a few times and it sucks. That or im just really bad at using it

We used to apply graphics on a wet surface this enables repositioning. Couple of drops of washing up liquid to a gallon of water wet down the area,apply graphics slide into position squeagy out the bubbles in the graphics and cover sheet dry off the displaced water leave for a couple of minutes peel off backing paper. Just check how the pros do it online don't take my word for it as it is a while since I did it lol. Great vid thank you.

Ek door handles work perfect all you have to do is tear the handle apart from the assembly an reassemble to the integra setup . fairly easy since ingtrea door handle assembly is going up in price .
There is videos on UA-cam on how to do it I'm pretty sure but it is self explanatory for you..

Was the code on the Integra Sedan’s radio a E DC or just a DC? Only asking cause a buddy of mine is with a similar issue in his 07 Galant (it’s the factory radio btw)
cagekit cages, do NOT have a z32 cage, if you could link up with them to get a scan of the inside of the z32 to have a cage made for our plat form that would be nsanly awesome!!!! you have the 2+2 which is a start, i desperatley needa z32 cage for the 2+0 2 seater.. they dont have them yet, they neeeeedd z32 cages on there sit. i want them to shutup and take my money! lol

tip from a vinyl and tint installer when installing decals for minimal bubbles/peeling remove the paper as close to the chassis as possible with a 45 degree angle :)

Hear me out you've said you want to keep the white but you also like the blue for the I think like a 3 tone blue to gray to white fade for the paint job on the 240 would look sick
If you take a door handle from an EK civic ( much easier to find) and take it apart the pull up handle part that broke from the integra can replaced with the civic one. The handle is different but the pull part is the same and you can use it.

Yo mike PLEASE read this, a ek civic door handle works for the integra ive done both of mine with it you just have to take the ek handle out of the housing and put it in the integra housing(the housings are different but the handle is the same)
Just a fyi civic ek and integra door handles are interchangeable
A little soap and water stay it on the car and on the graphic. Then squeegee it out. You can use a hot gun to get the bends in the water out.

You should invest in a double din head unit and head unit adapter kit so that it sits nicely in the integra. They're not expensive or hard to install Mike! Another great video, nice to see the cage is in the s13.
Should get a more quality unit, chinese double-dins stop working in heat or cold and the touchscreen experience is mehhh. BUT one with android auto/apple carplay functionality might not be as bad
