Great great singer great reaction young Squire try some chi-lites oh Girl and the great al wilson Show and tell and The Cornelius brothers and sister rose To late to turn back now, keep spreading the music to the masses young squire...Gods favor.
I definitely agree he knew how to talk to women. I bought his "Best Of" CD back in the late 70s / early 80s and played it on a loop any time I was lucky enough to get a lady back to my apartment. I'll never know how much credit Al deserved for my successes but I will always be grateful. And every song on that CD was amazing.
That’s Reverend Al Green for you bro. Isn’t it fantastic how universal music is? You being a US based black man that’s more rock oriented, me being a white European man who became a hip hop head around 1989 and we both love this, The Beatles, et cetera. ❤️
I loved your reaction to Al Green! I have his albums, cassettes & cd’s, I Never get tired of hearing his voice!! Check him singing at Kennedy Center Awards honouring Tina Turner, you will melt !!💓💓
Man your reaction is priceless and your appreciation of great music is awesome. Al Green is a great singer and he's still singing; although most of it is Gospel now. And yes the women loved him back in the day.
So right after you said if it's bad I'll say it's bad I'm like okay hit him with the baseline in the drums for a minute and then let Al slide in on him and.........BAM! A new fan is born. I've seen it happen a million times 😁🔥🔥
You should check out Golden Slumbers / Carry That Weight / The End by The Beatles. 3 different songs as a whole but they go hand in hand and transition into each other smoothly in the album.
PoD: Youth of a Nation If you haven't reacted to this yet please do!!! It's a rap rock song talking about the chaos in our generation. Also it'll bring more viewers cause it's that much of a banger
I lived in Memphis on the same street, Reverend Al Green saw God in the form of boiling hot grits being thrown on his bare body by his abused woman. Al never returned to his abusive ways. I bet those grits stuck like napalm ouch!!!
If I ever decide to be get married, I’ve always wanted this to be the song I dance to for my first dance song. I remember my dad playing this song when I was younger, and I’ve always loved it. Edit: I was drunk when I typed this. I’m pretty sure. So, edited for clarity. Sentiment remains the same, though.
When I was a teen, Al Green was a must in your Mac Pack!! If you couldn't get any play from a lady with him singing in the background, you needed to seriously adjust your tactics!!
