People saying Gen 3 Glock has "5.5 lb trigger" was totally a false advertisement. One that is with me is way over 7 lb. Glock did not achive anything near 5.5 lb until Generation 5 which is the Glock generation I consider okay without any modification. My Staccato P trigger was not all that impressive. It is about 4 lb. However, it is not the poundage I have a problem with. It is not smooth as I expect it. Maybe it is a break-in issue. I shot a Series 80 Colt that had a smoother trigger. A smooth 6 lb trigger is easier to shoot than 4 lb trigger that feels a bit gritty.

is that the stock trigger and spring in the XC or did you go with the "4.5" option straight from Staccato

It’s 4.5 option straight from Staccato. No modification.
