In October 2019 I got to visit the Orange Bakery and get to know a little about the family behind it and how the bakery came to be.
Meet Kitty, the mastermind behind it all as she prepares some of tomorrow's loaves and gives me a tour of their kitchen.

After bingeing all of what seemed to be the available content, over the last couple weeks, on the orange bakery and the Kitty and “family” journey…. this popped up on my feed…. I’m happy-teary eyed, much of the journey I’ve only heard and not watched… the heart, wisdom and please forgive me… cuteness overload, of this four year old video, is wonderful!! Keep at it!!

Go Kitty Go! I like your mind map. Good luck with making kombucha too, I like elderflower flavour. The bread here in Bombay is tasty but different. Why not try flat bread too sometime? Are you open to family recipes? Food historians love that kind of thing.
