I love that Zuko got reunited with ura, My personal headcannon is that some point after her last disappearance Azula, Ursa and Zuko all reunite and with the help of Zuko, Ursa and Kyki (Azula and Zuko's younger sister) Azula starts to really get over her mental illness even more then she already had during her last appearance in the comics
Avatar TLaB is a top 5 show for sure. In my opinion (in my opinion people…) it is just as good as Clone Wars, Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, and is better than stranger things. But that’s just me though.

It's not better than any of these in my opinion, and you just had to mention Stranger Things cause it's popular right now well it deserves the hype, you can always nitpicks and specific bad things well that can be done with Avatar too, like in my opinion avatar is somewhat overrated.

Azula deserved a redemption arc! She was only 14!! She deserved so much more!

I would have liked to have seen that. Maybe she eventually sees the error of her ways. Time away from her father and the army. But maybe it's better if she were the fallen one of Ursa and Ozai's children. Makes Zukos Redemption arc more Personal and distinguished.
I dont think Azula CAN be redemed. But she should get more resolution than "Locked away for the rest of her life". Maybe a small arc where she finally has an accptence moment like Zuko had and comes to terms with the fact her father never cared about her and all the power she has was wasted trying to live up to his expectations. A decent send off for her could be her "Going to find her own path" and setting out on her own with Zuko promising to help her if she ever needs it.
Azula plotted to destroy the Earth Kingdom. No way.

I think it's amazing for them to continue the show in their book series....but I WISH they would have continued the show. Even having a large break and renaming the series. The creators are such creative geniuses, and I really wish we could've seen more

My brain immediately thinks of this cartoon/anime whenever anyone mentions Avatar. I love Avatar TLAB and Avatar TLOK. They were great shows and I loved watching them. I wish had more time to read the comics. I will read them all someday soon. I hope I can still get them all.

Avatar Studios confirmed three movies in partnership with Paramount Studios (the go-to studio Nickelodeon works with) within this universe and with the gang, so it's POSSIBLE they will animate The Search, The Promise and The Rift (since those are the biggest stories) if not original stories.
I feel bad that only one of Aangs kids reproduced and created a legacy

Not to hate on korra but the show doesn’t make sense nor line up with the avatar world. It’s just 1930s New York with vehicles , radio all for non benders. When in aangs time everything was moved by benders not non bender technology.
I did wonder if they didn't make a live action movie back in 2009 and instead a season 4 based on those stories in season 4 including the search

Why do did the writers have to break up Zuko and Mai for some dumb reason it was unnecessary and then do a stupid love triangle with Mai’s new boyfriend and Zuko it was stupid and have her yell at him for saying that he loves her and misses her and it was BS but at least they tried to undone the damage by having Mai breaking up with whatever his name is and I’m glad that the writers of the comics say that they get back together 3 years later and there’s hints that Mai might be the mother of Zukos child because she looks almost exactly like her and her name means fountain in Japanese and it’s a reference to them falling the fountain as kids

I've only read the search and I wrote an AU version of it. It icluded my OC Akiko my girlfriend for Zuko and a few extra spritis.
In my story New Faces Old Place thanks to a secret socity called The Sisterhood of the Dawn and the children godmother Xiaoying who is best friend's with Ursa help Ursa and the children escape that night.
Leaving behind a convicing scene they were assinated. Then with the help of the Raava's daughter Alanna the White Spirit of Life the family makes it too Ursa's home village.
From there Ursa, her children, and Akiko all get their memories wiped and live in the village with their new stepfather for years.
However, since Iroh's literally dying of a broken heart after the war and their needs to be an heir to the throne?
He summons team avatar which this time around includes Toph to find the lost royal family because Xaoiying and the Sisterhood informed Iroh of the truth.
The antaongist of the story outside Ozai is Vaatu's son Anto the Black Spirit of Death.
They defeat Anto, give the royal family back their memories and Zuko and Akiko are crowned the new Fire Lord and Lady.
And yes even Azula came with them and Ursa to tell Ozai he no longer had power over any of them.
So that's my story.
