Well the case category will change to IR1, IR1 cases are priority cases, I can't tell you when, but your case will be pushed to the front of the line. What country? You have been dq for a while

Unfortunately, they don't. They like to keep people in suspense, cause worry and frustration.
Visit a friendlier and safer country to visit thet give s visas in 10 day...i got UK and Schengen ( both ) unde 1 month

Hi Ita, I always see some people talking about 60 days mail from the national visa center.I want to know which one of the visa category has to with that 60 days mail.For me, my case category is ir1, since, may 11 2022 I haven't received any 60 days mail yet.
It is for cases excluding IR1, they get these letters as a way to apologize for the wait time, most applicants have to get their interviews within 60 days, but today that's not the case. So NVC does this to cover themselves.

For spouses, it takes about 12-14 months for the I-130 to be approved.

@@YD2010 Congratulations! But you had to wait 10+ months from your case was Documentarily Qualified at NVC until you were interviewed (even though your spouse is a U.S. citizen)? I don't understand what they are doing at the embassy. Glad that your visa is approved anyway! 👍
