So, what if you booked for the interview visa for F1 and you ask for emergency appointment and they refuse. So they ask you to appear on your initial appointment which is far from your school start date?
Look at it this way..if there is a backlog.. everyone will be doing the Emergency option....so there will be a backlog on this Emergency option also

Good morning, please what can I do if my emergency appointment date is rejected. I applied for emergency date because I am going for medical with the appointment in July 2022 but the initial appointment I was given was June 2024. Please can you kindly advise what I can do at this stage? Is there anything I can still do?

hello Alfred do you think its also a good idea if i book my appointment date in mali for my B2 visa since there are available appointments dates over currently,furthermore i'm a ghanaian citizen.
I have no idea about the US Embassy in Mali, I know some people go to Abidjan, but I haven't heard anyone who has been to Mali. You can give it a try

I had interviewed on 8th july 2023 and reschedule to 1st july but little did i know it was in 2024 and has use the emergcy option what can i do now my program start in August 2023

Hi dear, I did everything you said. I picked the earliest available date and applied for emergency interview just within 50 days to my school start days and had the emergency interview request denied. Please what other options do I have now? My school starts June and my initial interview date is in late September.

Since its very hard to get dates now, it might be best to keep your date. I suggest you email the embassy for advice

Hello Alfred, my school's start date is in August 2022 but the available date open to me is in May 2023 what do I do now? and aside that, I can't go off the page so I don't get blocked because I once left and I recieved a notification on the page saying that I am approaching the maximum number of times to view the particular page.

I want to start looking out for interview date because I was told the early the better but I don't have Ds 160 form and i20 now. What should I do or can I boycott them for now? Thanks
First have you completed the application? Once you complete the application choose the available date that you see even if it is after your start date, you gotta start somewhere, hey. (The date availability shown may be in line with what you are looking for). Don't choose an emergency date just yet. For now keep checking the site for date changes that they open daily. Emergency request should be handled with delicacy so for now complete the application, choose any date provided, check back for opened future dates for now. What is your start date for 2024? Every visa applicant gets once chance for the visa emergency appointment. That will always be available for you unless you use it that one time. For now, get the ball rolling but hold off on pressing the emergency visa option.
