Olive oil.
Fry for 2 minutes on both sides.

Mozzarella 150 gr.
Olive oil.

Fry for 2 minutes on both sides.
Divide the filling into 4 parts.
Add cheese filling to each pancake.
Pour cheese over it.
In the oven / 15 minutes / 200C / 400F /.
Serve warm.
