Nicely explained :)
However, isn’t there a condition to apply the Johnson 3-machine algorithm, that jobs be arranged in such a way that min job time {J1, J3} > or = max job time {J2}? No such condition is found here. I was wondering if this method can be applied in any case to find optimal sequence.
Take a look at question. It is given in proper order which satisfies the condition. If condition is not satisfied you have to re arrange the jobs first and then solve

Sir while finding the sequence. If the minimum number is equal in 2 or more columns, don't we find the greatest difference between the numbers? And then select the one with highest difference first

How can we find all possible optimal job sequence of given any problem. In this video we get only one sequence.what about tha all possible sequence??

In the end for idle time for machine c why 6 hrs was not added as their was a difference of time of 45 to 51 of 6hrs ??
45 to 51 was the time taken by machine c at the last . It was not idle time.
It's very helpful.

Sir idle time for m/c is 25 hrs ur missed out calculation 51-45 i.e6hrs so 19+6=25
Machine C started its 4th job at 45hr and completed at 51hr and the previous job got completed in 44 hr . For which 1 hr idle time is already taken.
(51 - 45 cant be used for calculation idle cause its not idle time. The 6hrs which u got is the time taken for job 4 under machine C)
