she literally made him promise not to let her go and he kept that promise , they were suppose to get married he still has her ring that she made him promise to give her only when she comes back as her true self so why would he? lol they still love one another..even tho he could let her go and forget her she played a big part in his life these last few months and you dont just forget a person like that especially if you love them the way they did eachother
