My Morning Routine, is everything. I mean, EVERYTHING. If I don't get those 2 hours to myself in the morning, Lord help you ALL. My morning routine also consists of waking up at 5am. Then I get my Pamper on. Hair done, skincare, teeth etc. Water, stretching, classical music, and my daily Affirmations cards. Best part of the entire day.
Please, show us your night routine so we would now how do you get enough energy for these mornings 😀 my biggest strugle is going sleep too late every night 🤷
Ever try homeopathy? I used to stay up with a racing mind. It got WAY worse when I was pregnant too. I started taking Coffea cruda 30C and it calms my mind in about 5-20 minutes.

I adore the intentional element in everything you do. I've spent the last few years trying to implement far more intention in our lives and home...and amazingly it's helped me overcome some health issues and given me far more mental clarity. I know what I want now...and I'm far from it (!!!) BUT, exercise is my next step..and I know I can learn more every day and tiptoe to goals without breaking the habits I've worked so hard to implement. I'm doing light exercises for my body. My body cannot have very intense exercises coz I have tumours near my lower vital organs. I'm due for surgery but it got cancelled/delayed coz of covid-19. I'm doing the best I can and I 😍 ur routines! The change I have is I wake up at 10am because I work very late evenings and I get home at midnight hour. Plus I don't sleep til 3-330am. I used to journal until the pandemic. I stopped coz I didn't feel like writing but I definitely would like to get back on board!

@@hiphop1664Thanks! no I didn't get the surgery yet. I still have pain but I'm making the effort to keep moving and I go to work. I have pain meds that I take when I'm off work. So far I am managing taking things one day at a time.
@@christineo8510 I was also really demotivated during the quarantine, also due to some major life changes and stopped Journalling as well. Slowly getting back to doing it once a week. Glad your exercises and medication are working out for you. It really is important to take life one day at a time instead of living in the past or future. I'm sure exercising is helping with feeling accomplished and satisfied. Wish you the best. 🤗

I hate cold water. Mom of three, very very soon to be 4!! I finally feel like we are getting into a good thing. I daycare so really I have 5-7 kids here during the day. We run 0 screen time. And I have a great routine with my 3 little kids. Went from Chaos at 3 to less tantrums, less screens, less things, more routine and happiness :) BAM bring it baby #4
My son has that same cleaning set!! It’s awesome. He loved cleaning. Now he loves it more. I also let him use the handheld, cordless dust buster, and he vacuums up little specks on the floor 😭

I have been waking up at 5am for the whole month of May (almost). The reason is to have more time to do the things I love including starting my own UA-cam channel. I did get a lot of things done in May but... honestly It takes a lot of discipline and effort to stay consistent and I really wish to wake up at 7am in June. Will get back to 5am in July. I need a break 😴😴😴

i have severe depression and i found the one thing that has helped is waking up early. i know us ppl with depression have the hardest time gettig out of bed, but if i dont get out of bed before 5 am, i will sleep in until 2pm or later. bei g on antidepressants has helped tremendously, but i get up at 5am and take the next hour to watch tv, have my coffee, and just relax. then at 6 am i pamper myslef and wash my face because if i dont, then my acne will be even worse and i just feel dirty all day long if i dont wash my face. then i workout, go over what needs to be done, eat breakfast and get on with my day. i also utilize the days when i dont feel depressed to get things done because on the days i feel depressed i dont wanna do anything anx i take that time to recharge my body and just rest. dont feel bad if u need some days just to rest and sleep. having depression is a daily battle and ppl without it will never understamd how tough it is never knowing how u will feel each day. i dont consider myself super happy, and i have accepted i will have depression the rest of ,y life, but if i can do things each day to help it and myself, then i will :) anyone that feels depressed: please dont ever feel ashamed. u cant help the way u feel. u arent alone.

I absolutely love how you really show that God is a part of every moment of every day in your life :) taking care of spiritual health is definitely WAY more important than any other kind of health because our bodies will be destroyed, but our souls will live on forever! water first thing in the morning has helped me tremendously!!
i have severe depression and i found the one thing that has helped is waking up early. i know us ppl with depression have the hardest time gettig out of bed, but if i dont get out of bed before 5 am, i will sleep in until 2pm or later. bei g on antidepressants has helped tremendously, but i get up at 5am and take the next hour to watch tv, have my coffee, and just relax. then at 6 am i pamper myslef and wash my face because if i dont, then my acne will be even worse and i just feel dirty all day long if i dont wash my face. then i workout, go over what needs to be done, eat breakfast and get on with my day.
i also utilize the days when i dont feel depressed to get things done because on the days i feel depressed i dont wanna do anything anx i take that time to recharge my body and just rest. dont feel bad if u need some days just to rest and sleep. having depression is a daily battle and ppl without it will never understamd how tough it is never knowing how u will feel each day. i dont consider myself super happy, and i have accepted i will have depression the rest of ,y life, but if i can do things each day to help it and myself, then i will :) anyone that feels depressed: please dont ever feel ashamed. u cant help the way u feel. u arent alone.
