That's what it sounds like to me. It's disappointing to an extent as a fan of Warrior, but at the same time, he collected big checks and was rich, so there's that. I will say this, we know that a lot of those guys were the meathead jocks and bullies in high school who lifted heavy in highschool, got drunk and partied on the weekends, were obnoxious as hell! And they found a way to get paid well for their bad behavior. I say, good for them (they weren't stealing). But it sounds like the Ultimate Warrior just didn't jive with that. It’s interesting that Warrior calls other workers unsafe but he was rough with Rick Rude in the ring. Rick told him in the locker room to take it easy, not be stiff, be careful during their matches. Warrior brushed him off and then Rick beat him up in front of the other wrestlers.
Yup. Mcman really fucked up. Imagine if he could actually see talent? Sting would have made him loads of money. He never would have left and probly taken wcw down in early 90s instead of 2000s. I'm glad he didn't cause it would have just ruined wrestling a decade earlier.
Bobby Heenan said he didn't like Brody at all. He said that Brody was always trying to screw the promoter because he thought the promoter was screwing with him. Brody would go out and shit on the match. Stop cooperating and wouldn't do business that he had already agreed to. This was just shitting on the fans who bought tickets.
@@cottonkids6052 Warrior was just clapping back after Bobby buried him on that stupid Self Destruction DVD that WWE put out. It sucks as a fan when two guys you grew up with hate each other. Just like Ric Flair and Bret Hart. I refuse to ever take sides. They both meant a lot to the business. So did Heenan and Warrior. Bobby was mad because he felt like Warrior didn't protect him when they wrestled each other. But really, how much protection can you give a guy with a broken neck? Bobby should never have been in the ring. He should have told Vince to fuck off. I hate that Bobby had to live with that pain and the fear of being fired due to needing surgery. He was finally able to have it in 1994 when he was in WCW.
A lot of what Warrior talks about seems to be correct about those people and many more that he talked about through the years, but the problem was his interviews were pretty much all like this. I can't remember ever hearing him say anything good about anyone. Eventually it just sounds like sour grapes for the things he didn't accomplish instead of being thankful for the great things that he did accomplish. My guess is he could of done a lot more had he played the game and didn't try and piss everyone off. Warrior had a great career though, and I'm glad he was in the process of trying to make right with at least some of those that he trashed before he died. R.I.P. @Sum body What is really sad is your lack of reading comprehension. So let me explain it for your little pea brain. When WCW folded, Flair was way past his prime, but at least still looked halfway decent enough that he looked like a wrestler. When he came back to the WWF, he had maybe 1-2 years left and he should’ve hung it up. Once it got to 2006 and beyond, it was just sad. He was muscular for and in shape for an old man. Which is cool, but they all fed from the same trough, ya dig?
This man gave it to you straight! Called it like he saw it!
Warrior and Bret Hart don't pull any punches
I can imagine a "Warrior" autobiography.
Chapter 1 - "Twats and Bastards!"
Chapter 2 - "Liars and cheats!"
Chapter 3 - "Vince screwed me!"
Chapter 4 - "Hogan is a dickhead!"
And so on...
Sounds a great read 🤣
this is a STRAIGHT shoot and I agree with his assessment on most of these topics
I do, too. I also see how the other wrestlers didn't like him. He doesn't seem the type to put up with a lot of BS.
This guy should have done promos like this instead of stupid rants that made no sense
100% agree I just heard the promo he cut on hogan, rhey whole time I was gobsmacked that he could actually talk.
Not part of his gimmick however shooting promos like this interview in the attitude era would have definitely worked. The problem is it wouldn't be a gimmick as Warrior would actually have meant what he said 😅
His character was for children…not alot of wrestling promos from anyone makes sense to begin with lol they’re usually just catchphrases to go along with nursery rhymes most of time lmfao

He mentions Jeep Swenson. He played Bane in the horrible Batman & Robin movie. He was also billed as the Final Solution(before being changed to the Ultimate Solution) for team to take on Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage in WCW. He couldn't wrestle a lick but was just a big guy.
It’s interesting that Warrior calls other workers unsafe but he was rough with Rick Rude in the ring. Rick told him in the locker room to take it easy, not be stiff, be careful during their matches. Warrior brushed him off and then Rick beat him up in front of the other wrestlers.
but who knows what was really going on. rude was a dick who liked to fight people.
Rick was one heck of a wrestler and a guy! R.I.P. to them both.😑
This guy came into the wrestling business with Sting and both guys couldn't be any more polar opposites of each other.
Yup. Mcman really fucked up. Imagine if he could actually see talent? Sting would have made him loads of money. He never would have left and probly taken wcw down in early 90s instead of 2000s. I'm glad he didn't cause it would have just ruined wrestling a decade earlier.
He’s not wrong about a lot of these guys, especially with what’s been revealed about some of them now. He was spot on about Hulk Hogan.

R.I.P. Warrior I loved your character, and even though you tended to be a little grumpy towards the business you made your career. You seem to have been a great father and husband, and honestly I feel that is what really matters in our lives.
Not much to be thankful for when you get handed chances your whole career. He made his choices. At least he held a major title, I've met plenty of people the last twenty five years that could work circles around uw, but they didn't have the ability to desire to abuse steroids or kiss ass to make the step up.
Worst worker in the history of the business. He hated everyone, because everyone was better than him in the ring and he knew it. Simple.
@Sum body What is really sad is your lack of reading comprehension. So let me explain it for your little pea brain. Nobody called him bitter for saying it IF he was just saying it once here and there. The problem with Warrior for a very long time was it was all he talked about. Every single interview. Every single podcast. All he did was slam the business and everyone in it. That is why he was bitter. Sorry you were too stupid to get that point and wanted to lash out for no other reason than your lack of education. Now go kick rocks you twat.
@Dany Mercury I liked how you perfectly described Warrior to a T. No favoritism or biasness. Just the truth.
