    Hello sir, Thanks for this Vid. I just want to ask regarding our MBOS-Tax payment. I'm done with the efps , then proceed to payment, I was directed to MBOS log in page pero when i opened my MBOS as maker acct wla pong tax transactions or tax direct button. Please advice sir.       Hi Mam/Sir, please activate your company TIN in MBOS. To do this, please advise your system administrator to email mbos.redoc@metrobank.com.ph using their email address registered in MBOS.

      Hi Sir Pempe, SSS contribution payment is not available in MBOS. And SSS voluntary contribution is also not available in online payment. Only SSS employee contribution is available in eGOV/Bancnet system. Thank you.

      Hi, this MBOS is intended for corporate accounts only. If you want an online banking for your savings account personal or credit card, please use the MB Online or metrobank online. Please watch my other video on how to sign up in metrobank online system. Thank you

      Yes Sir, please advise your system admin to activate first these billers in the user group in MBOS as shown in this video before you can pay these billers using MBOS. Thank you

    hi sir, ano po gawin pra mka hindi ma deactivate ang system encoder?ng.email po sila na soon ma inactive na daw ang system encoder..ngtry ako call sa kanila pero ayaw nila sagutin..salamat

      Hi Sir Evan, username in MBOS has a maximum expiration days of 365 days. 1 month before mag expire yung 365 days, mag notify po si metrobank thru email. By then, need po kayo mag login and change your password. Otherwise ma deactivated po kayo. Thank you

      Hi po, if you're using MBOS already with your accounts you can transfer fund to your eGov account anytime. By the way, eGov account has a related bank account number. Just ask your bank depository branch kung ano yung account number ninyo that was linked to your eGov. When you know the account number, you can transfer funds to that account number using MBOS. Thank you.

    Sir Danny, ask ko lang po na kung nai-enroll as Subsidiriary TIN yung TIN mismo nung company, pwede pa po ba i-delete yun kung approved na? May problem po kasi kami pagpa-activate noong Tax Direct gawa po ata nung Subsidiary enrollment.

    Sir nung chineck ko sa user groups system admin encoder and approver lang ang nakalagay. anu po ba ang pinagkaiba nito sa transactional users? problem ko po ay system admin encoder role ko at magbabayad kami tax bukas thru efps pero makaka-access kaya ako and hindi pa ako natuturuan how to use MBOS

      Hi Ma'am Letlet, you really need assistance from Metrobank para ma create yung transactional users ninyo. Ang system admin encoder & approver ang maka create po nyan. Hindi pa naman kayo na decommission sa MDC, please continue using using your MDC for the meantime. Thank you.

      Hi Sir, maker and authorizer are transactional users managed and created by system administrator encoder and approver thru online. While system administrators can be created thru submission of designation form to metrobank.

      Hi po, philhealth payment ay wala po sa MBOS. Instead, you can process philhealth payment thru eGov. It's another online platform of metrobank catering SSS, Pagibig and Philhealth payment. Thank you.

      Hi po, please let your encoder create a group in MBOS and have it approved by the approver. Once the group has been approved you may now start adding a maker and authorizer. All engagement made by encoder should be approved by the approver. Thank you

      Hi Ma'am KC, after po ninyong na encode yung personal details ni Maker ipa approve nyo muna kay Approver. Once approved, may ma received po kayong email na may subject na Welcome Letter which contained your initial username and password. Thank you very much.

      Hi Mam/Sir, make sure po na nag reply si metrobank na successfully activated yung TIN ninyo. If yes, then the moment you click PROCEED TO PAYMENT then has login the maker access in MBOS, your BIR transaction will be loaded in MBOS automatically. BIR is not a merchant in MBOS.

      Hi Ma'am Amy, as usual you start the filing of BIR form in EFPS, then when you proceed for payment please select bank fund transfer > mbtc head office then you will be directed to MBOS login page. Please login using your credential for maker. Once submitted for authorization please have it authorized by your authorizer. Thank you.

      Hi Maam Naida, yan encoder ang makapag create ng maker and authorizer at pagkatapos ipa approve lang po ni approver. Once ma approved, may initial password and userid ma sent sa email address ni maker and authorizer.

    Sir pa help po, may dalawa po akong authorizer, yun first authorizer nag reflect ang for Approve task after ma authorizer mag reflect sa status partially authorize, pag dati sa pangalawang authorizer wala po mag reflect na task.. Hanggang dyan lang po, di ko na alam kung anong nangyari

      Hi Ma'am Jennylyn, baka naman A & B yung authorization rule, then yung authorizers ninyo ay lahat naka class A, walang class B. So hindi talaga ma authorized yan hanggang hindi pa ma change yung authorization to any two. Pls coordinate nalang po sa implementation officer na naghandle ninyo for the support. Thank you.

      Hi mga Mams, hindi na po kailangan e enroll ang BIR as merchant sa MBOS. As long as na activate na po ninyo yung company TIN sa MBOS ay maka pag process na po kayo ng BIR payment. Thank you.

      1. Add, modify or delete a transactional user
      2. Add, modify or delete user group
      3. Add or modify the allowed services
      Wala silang function to process or approve transaction like payroll, BIR payment.

      Hi po, 360 days lang po ang access ninyo sa MBOS. Thirty days before mag expire yung 360 days, ay mag remind po si MBOS thru email na about to expire na po kayo. Para ma maintain yung MBOS access ninyo, please login that user ID being mentioned in the email and immediately change its password. Thank you

      Hi Mam, once makita po ni maker yung transaction for BIR payment, please put a check mark on the transaction, select the account number that will fund the payment, then click the next step button then Submit po. Then advise the authorizer to approve the transaction. Thank you

      @@DannyDumaboc Hi sir, si Metrobank ba ang system admin encoder,by the way sir,mother po ako ni edward, naki gamit lang po ng PC nya. sa totoo lang sir, nagpatulong lang po ung boss ko na di marunong sa ganito. yung kakilala po nla sa banko ang nag enroll ng MBOS. ginagamit lang po ito sa pagbabayad ng BIR. ayaw po kc ng bookkeeper nla na maging authorizer kaya ung phone ko ang ginamit.       Hi Ma'am Jeanette, please download the template from MBOS by accessing the payroll service. Sa template po natin e encode yung employee details ninyo like name, account number and amount. Please take note that the account number in MBOS should be 13 digits unlike in MDC it only reqiures the 10 digit number. Once matapos po ninyo yung template, ay yun din mismo ang e upload nyo sa MBOS. Wala na pong conversion na gagawin. Thank you

      Hi Mam, punta po kayo sa administration, then payments and transfers, nan dyan po yung payroll service. Then sa pagpili po ninyo ng upload file, mayron po kayong makita na encircled question mark, pls click that icon then download the sample template. Thanks

      Hi Mam Rose, please activate first your TIN in MBO by emailing mbos.redoc@metrobank.com.ph using your registered email address in MBOS as system administrator. You may follow this format:
      Email subject: request for TIN activation
      Email body: CORPCODE
      COMPANY NAME
      TIN (must be 12 digits)

      Hi Sir Vincent, please ask your system admin to email mbos.redoc@metrobank.com.ph using his/her register email address in mbos. Pls put the subject of the email "request for activation of TIN in MBOS. In the body of the email pls mention your corp code, company name and the 12 digit company TIN. Once served, you will be forwarded to mbos login page everytime you process EFPS.Thank you.

      Hi Sir Jay, para hindi po kayo malito gawin mong same password ang lahat ng user id ninyo. Take note po ang encoder and approver ay system administrators po sila. Magamit lang po sila kapag may changes po ng company profile and access right like add user, activate additional services. Ang maker and authorizer po naman ay transactional users. Ito po yung palagi ninyo gagamitin kapag mag process po kayo ng transaction. Thank you

      Hi Mam, kindly advise your system admin encoder to login the system. Go to User > Edit User. Select the particular user to be edited. Once edited the MFA, click Next then Submit. Let the system admin approver approve the edit request. Thank you
