Your explanation is so nice. Only a small mistake you did. Instead of a Spent (Dr) you thought it as Receipt (Cr). Apart from this you are exceptionally presented. Here in India majority of the Small and Medium businesses will use Tally accounting software. Lots of Love from India. ❤

Hi mate you can connect all your companies to one Xero account so you can access them all. Simply click your business name on the left and 'Add a new organisation' to connect all your other businesses.
Does it send invoices automatically via email for subscriptions?

Yes you can set this up to automate invoices for reoccurring work.
How can I delete a bill that I have already marked paid? And How do I change the amount for payment once the bill is already approved and in AWAITING status? for instance I have put 50 but I have to pay 75

What if we used our business account for personal transactions and our personal bank for business transactions? Do we have to manually adjust those transactions?

You can just label those drawings.
Should tax deductions that doesn’t come out of any business account as an expense be recorded, and if so, how?
For example, I claim a portion of my personal phone bill as an expense on my taxes for business use, as well as a daily DOT per diem deduction for being away from home.

Yes debit and credit. You can reconcile both income and expenditure.

There is a small learning curve. I suggest signing up and practicing with the test company account you can access.

You can go into a partnership with Xero and manage multiple accounts through your accounting dashboard. Yes, you sure can. Xero integrates with many external apps and tools.
In regards to bank account reconciliation, let’s say I pump gas 7x monthly. Can this software lump all 7 gas expenses as ONE monthly entry vs 7 different entries? Thx

You can but I would advise against that. At least get a seperate account to set up with Xero. This will make your life a lot easier when it come to sorting out your taxes.
