Maxwell Ward, the former owner of Ward air lived there until his death a little while ago (sold to Canadian airlines and later Air canada). Great little area. He was a big part of Edmonton history. He was there in the 1970s up until his death in 2020.

Westbrook is easily my favourite neighbourhood in Edmonton.
