Dan, nice video; left me wanting more though. Can I ask a few gear questions because your setup is exactly what I am considering? Are you still liking your Yooda frame? Would you buy one again and does it seem sturdy? Have you ever taken a butt landing etc? Also, did you start out with your Charger wing, and is it tame enough for a beginner?
Hey Allen. I still love my Yooda. The only frame that has me considering upgrading is the new Yooda F1 Carbon Fiber for weight savings but it's hard to beat the strength of the current Yak frame design. I did hit the bottom of the frame on my first solo flight landing (was able to get on my feet and run it out still, video is on my channel) but otherwise haven't had any other opportunities to "test" the frame's strength (fingers crossed). I started with a Charger and liked it a lot for a beginner although the only two wings I've ever flown are the Charger and Colorado so I can't really speak to how it compares to other brands. I know a lot of people who started on the Charger though and can say confidently it's a great first wing. Good luck with your training!
