I think it’s great to be trained on both - but I prefer. Back office- also love I’m not the only one riding to work with my scarf on, once got out the car and walked all the way to the elevator (and I worked on the 8 floor) before I realized I had in my scarf 🧣- I be complaining about a 30 min drive to work and you doing and hour -ok I’ll be quite and u be careful-lol
I just started working as a medical office assistant and it's a very stressful position. Especially if there is only one or 2 Moa's. Some patients are very kind and some are so disrespectful. They demand so much from a Moa and their attitudes doesn't help. The Moa does everything for the doctors. If you can't multi task an Medical office assistant position will not be for you.
Omg you’re right last five days I remember I had five patients they were so disrespectful and refused to give me their healthcard and the doctor was saying don’t let them in if they refused it. They gave me hard time 🙄🙄🙄🥺🥺🥹🥹🥹 and I’m only there for two weeks I feel like I wanna give up how stressful they’re

I am a cna, looking into this field or sterile processing technician. After seeing your video I'm definitely sticking with this career choice.. hopefully I get to work in a relax but steady flow of patient have enough of nursing home.. After 3 months.

Noo, I just started a receptionist/operator job with no experience and It’s genuinely not that hard, just a lot of info you gotta learn at first but eventually you’ll get it :)

@@yogurlb2171 For me, I put my volunteer work I used to do in church. I used to be a Sunday school teacher assistant so I put that on there, also babysitting is something I did briefly when I was younger so I put that as well. Any volunteer work, school achievements, honors, etc.
This is my plan as well but I'm trying to avoid having to pay 11k+ for MA school when the pay won't help me pay back my loan. I've even been considering doing Rad Tech school instead since schooling costs the same and the pay is nearly double....but it takes 2 years to complete. I'm a non-traditional student having already earned my bachelors 8 years ago. So, I'm now retaking my prerequisites in order to apply for PA school. Like you said, there are so many steps in just getting to the point where you can even begin your CASPA account to apply to PA Programs. I'm leaving a job that pays me 60k to pursue this dream. Doing you work a 4-day work week considering your 10-hr shift or do you get paid overtime? Are you including your lunch hour? I understand every place is different, I'm just curious. Thank you.
Girlll... I graduate from my medical administrator program in September and then ill be going back to school for my associates degree in medical records/insurance billing and coding. I'm so excited lmao, it feels good seeing another sista shine especially in the same career that I'm going into mysef.

Would you say that medical receptionist is a relaxed job for the most? Do you feel rushed a lot? I'm applying for some jobs similar to that and I prefer low stress jobs so I was wondering! Nice video btw xx
I work in an urgent care so some days are busy and some aren't. I guess it just depends on your location and the specialty.
I want to be a receptionist and medical assistant but I'm already working on my bachelors in child development. I wish I would of already picked those careers before choosing child development. I felt like I wasted my time
