- Hades is a game with many great characters. I have mostly seen hades characters (especially the Olympian gods) ranked in terms of the best keepsakes, the best boons such as duo boons etc. Basically, people were rating Hades characters based on the benefits they have in Hades gameplay. But what if we rated them based on what it would be like to live with them?

I feel like Zagreus would be very messy though, so you'd have to keep reminding him to put his clothes away and stuff. Thanatos though is very responsible and apart from those random leaving/coming back times and some time to get to know him, he'd be a perfect roommate. Especially if you're introverted imo.

His room would be a mess, but he would be constantly adding improvements to the common areas.

Zeus would be that one roommate who has a new guy/girl/cow over every night and you wonder how he hasn’t slept his way through everyone on campus at this point

I feel like the problem with Zag is that he would come into your to bother you if you mentioned having a bad day. You also catch him listening intently to your phone conversations. Hypnos definitely forgets to pay rent sometimes too, and your house smells like weed for sure.
Hypnos is on so many shrooms that he has become a shroom. Now, arguably, he can be a pretty fungi as a result, but still....
Put Theseus in deepest of hell into "F+++" tier.
He is D tier because Asterius is always with him

We need more Hades tier lists on super-specific things like this.
Hades characters ranked on the quality of thier pick up lines if they saw you 4 glasses of french rosé and wanted to start hitting on you at a mid-range restaurant where you're serving as a bar manager.
On reflection the top three are Patroclus, Dionysus, and Skelly.
The bottom three are Tisiphone, Dusa, and Zeus
Bouldy is S tier silent selfsufficient grandpa who randomly gives you money, food, someone to drop of your worries and he always has a smile on his face :D
I believe Theseus needs his own tier, he’s in a league of his own in the most obnoxious roommate possible.

he should be A or S tier
he is a homie, never bothers you when you don't need to, can support you, doesn't need to eat. Rewards you when you challenge yourself

Hypnos would be a good roommate if you have insomnia tho
also he’d be quiet (sleeping) so you don’t have to worry about him being loud
And would probably not care if someone was being rude to him but he’d really appreciate it if you were nice to him( maybe I’m just biased because he’s my favorite character for some reason lol)

How can you put Hypnos below A tier when he'll always be there to give you helpful pointers and advice such as "you suck" and "have you tried sucking less?". He's also a major boost in confidence, like when he tells you "I never doubted you'd suck at this, congrats and keep at it!". He's like a glowing sunshine right in your eyes that blinds you from seeing all the arrows he's shooting at you when you're down, but you don't have to worry 'cause he'll point at the arrows after they hit you and say "you got hit by an arrow!".
I loved when he tried to bond with Zagreus over the fact they both were abandoned by their mothers, or how he roots for your enemies, tells you how cool and strong they are and asks you to request an autograph from them before they super-murder you. Also, I sometimes forget things, so it's always cool to have someone reminding you exactly how you died right after it happened and keeping track of your exact tally of deaths.
Chaos is the type of thing that would piss in your coffee and you'd feel lumps that might be kidney stones but are upon closer inspection you'd see that they were actually gold nuggets. Also Cerberus should be B or C because aside from the piss and shit imagine the drool, the food needed, the destruction, and he can't pay rent

I mean honestly I’d love to have Achilles as a roommate. He’s like a dad to Zag, if you get close enough to him I think he’d be a somewhat of a dad to you too. He has good advice, he’d do the dishes, and I’d love to sit and listen to his stories about him and Patroclus
Hypnos is the kind of guy that gives you some inherently sarcastic advices but he means them in such good will that whenever you're salty about your days his comments would just help you shrug off your bad mood. Also a very quality weed distributor. S tier no doubt

Hades feels like the type of person where he and his wife are still married but live apart. There's little to no bad blood between them but they both decided it was best to have their own spaces and help each other support the kids.
I love that’s there no explanation for Theseus, BUT WE ALL KNOW WHY HE’S WHERE HE IS.
Aphrodite In anything below B is a grave injustice. She will always be a sight to see. Also Skelly is one of the few people in hades who are always positive and don’t get petty at times, definitely A tier.
She will seduce you to pay the entire rent and buy her free food so not the best but she would be a sight to see
Demeter can be good if you get on her good side like an extreme Air conditioner or a heater at times
Personal Take:
I mostly agree with these, but here's the readjustments of what I don't quite agree with.
1) Zagreus
Sorry lad, you're A tier. Stand-up guy, but clean your room for the gods' sakes. Also, ffs lad, sometimes we just need space. We don't need you offering your contact card as a number to call you for guidance counseling every single time something shows up. Sometimes it's just a minor bad day dude. We get it, you're a therapist, but we're not your clients, Z.
2) Charon
Instant S tier. To be fair, one could argue for A tier because of his faults though. But even still, yeah, he's a loan shark and never lets you borrow his stuff without paying, but his pay-offs break the scale entirely. The shit he manages to get a hold of? And he's absolutely stacked, economically? Plus, if you manage to befriend him, he's the best muscle around? But the cherry on top is this guy's business connections - economically, he's in contact with almost everyone. You need a job, and you can pay his fee or rightfully call him a friend, and he's got you covered. This one's an absolute unit.
3) Achilles
He is still A tier. Low A tier, arguably, but the guy is still an absolute bro and is a killer self-defense instructor.
4) Skelly
Absolutely an S tier. He's just a normal guy, but the absolute fervor and loyalty with which he'll be an absolute punching bag to cover his friends and earn his pay is beyond inspiring. It's legendary. He'll always have your back.
5) Chaos
B tier. Sure, I'll grant that Chaos is definitely a bit odd and funky, but they're surprisingly supportive and straight-up. Plus, it almost seems like they've been everywhere and know everyone. The connections they have are nutty, man. They don't have many friends because they are the friend circle itself. They're the everyman. They know all. Unfortunately that means they also have a small issue with respecting privacy, and they seem to also be into BDSM or something. I swear some guy called them "master" once. But hey, whatever they're into, I guess - Chaos is still endearingly supportive.
You know if you got dumped, fired or did something really embarrassing drunk Hypnos would be waiting outside your door when you wake up to rub it in your face

Not to mention Zeus would always bring a random fling home, bang, and you get involved in the drama since you know he has a wife 😂

I love how much I agreed with this tier list.
Though with Zagreus his room is going to look like the mini tornado from Undertale went rampant in there for hours. Still S tier for me though because as long as the mess stays in his room he can keep it however he wants. (Totally not because he would have bribed me with expensive gifts)

Highly late comment yes, but i think ares and dionysus are underrated ares would be the ultimate protector and keep you safe from everyone (by murdering them, but still) and dionysus would be up for anything at anytime i put ares at B and dionysus at S

Hypnos probs dead asleep every time you see him, but somehow still seems to get things done when you're not around. You leave for 2 mins and the dishes are in the dishwasher but Hypnos is on the ceiling fan (somehow) sleeping

I would say trade hypnos with hermes, I just feel like hermes would just be too annoying after a while and I do enjoy hypnos sarcasm
If we were going with the Greek mythology apicktion (sorry if that's spelled incorrectly) of zeus, then I would be very worried if I was there roommate because, if he was mortal, he would be charged with many crimes involving r*p*
