Hey Guys!
Today I finished off the install of my parking sensor + camera control module and got it wired up to the stereo and power and mounted it.
I also spent the time with the stereo out to completely overhaul and tidy the stereo harness(s) as with all of the things Ive been addicting, its been getting a bit messy.
All fixed now though.

What model of pioneer is that? And about the sensor kit? And how that kit is comparable with your studio pioneer system?
I have a big 2011 sprinter van and installing an alpine halo 9 and wish to add parking sensors and cameras , what kits are you using?
Great video. What happens when the front end of your car is parked against a wall and you want to listen to your stereo? Do the sensors continually beep (seems like they will)? It might be a suggestion to incorporate your park/neutral switch into the system to have the system only activate when you're in gear...just an idea.

If your parked right up against something, the constant beep only ever stays on for maximum of about 20 seconds then stops.
I can also simply push the mute button on the remote to mute the beep output.
Random question, would it be possible to retro fit after market wading / water depth sensors to a Mitsubishi Montero Sport's infotainment screen?
It's a bit annoying that's the parking sensors block 30% of the screen.
The video should show a bit smaller to show the whole camera area on your back.

Here's one for Ya My first Amp was a Pioneer GM-2200 Powering 2 x Mackenzie 12" Bastards in the 'Back Shelf..!' No LPF or X-Over just nice Full range, oh they loved it, I think they were from an old disco Speaker that I got for 50-pence at a Jumble sale, and F*@king Buzzing wasn't the word, when I got that Box home and opened it..! Hahahah - oh please it was an MDF shelf btw, We weren't complete amateurs, but we were still just 17, and STILL Learning, then some Jabroni F-in smashed My quarter window opened the back door, down with the seat out with the shelf, took a chance at reaching under My driver's seat, found My Bloody Goodmans Pull-out, and proceeded to Rip half My dash out whilst pulling out the damn cage.!! Grrrrr..!

So, is it a single video out from the sensor control box for both cameras with a single input for the rear of the stereo?
I see now they have changed the product on Ali Express. Seems to be three control units, front, rear and a main control unit.
Not sure why they'd separate it 🤔
Nice one dude. Idea for the remote. I’d be hard wiring it to an OEM momentary buttons. Then extend the remote sensor.
I have a new aftermarket stereo and was wanting to connect reversing sensors to it, been told it can’t be done, how have you done it
Can this brake the car? LIke the RAB reverse automatic braking? That way you don't have to even look at the screen. The vehicle stops itself when close to any object.

Would this module work with a car that already has rear sensors and camera?
Also I have mounted ir’s in the vents before outta sight out mind but still works well. Just an idea. 👍🏻
James....can you display in a video what steps you take to prevent or stop the ‘pop’ noise from amplifiers turning on
it never happens with any of the gear i install so i dont have to prevent it. try changing stereo or amplifier.
Can I also get the model number of the assist unit you installed?

They usually get removed from cars when they come into the country but one car that I worked on still had it.
So I asked the customer if I could have it and they said sure.

It was always going to get towards this point where there’s less and less to do.
MultiRated Pilot awesome i like all of his videos just need more variety. I understand when the main stuff is over the not so fun part has to get finished up. But i love to see components,subs and custom work being done that's where we learn from the good stuff!! Cheers mate 👍👍
