This looks really good. I grew up eating my mom's salmon patties but I'm not crazy about the tiny bones in the less expensive canned salmon. I think I will try this. I also love COLD food! Even things like leftover chili or potato soup, pork roast, fish. You name it I enjoy it hot or cold.
I always make left over salmon patties, cold, into a sandwich with bread and butter. Or, I just eat the patty! Something from my childhood 🙋❣️ I will have to try your tuna patties, they look good.

I used to eat my salmon patties raw. Loved them that way when I was a child.
Old bay seasoning is great in salmon or tuna patties. I sometimes mix one can of tuna in water with a couple of cans tuna in oil.

Before you fry the patties, refrigerate them for an hour. They will not fall apart!
