      Yes, this national park with the sand dunes, Deadvlei and Sossusvlei is definitely one of the top spots to visit in Namibia!

    Driving this kind of road in broad daylight, it's OK but in the middle of the night, I'm not sure... I hope air conditioning is available because it might get pretty hot. To give all of you an idea of what you can do while enjoying Deadvlei's scenery, here's this...

    Is this really the feared 4x4 road ??- 80% can be done with a sedan. A 2x4 with diff- lock will do this everyday. But some SA people like to overkill- remember the guys that transport you charge quite a lot- I think they spread the word that only 4x4s can drive here- nonsense. What vehicles did the Kalahari farmers use for decades?- Ford F100, which was a 2x4 without diff- lock
