I've been watching Your channel since I bought R1 RN22 few years back. I bought it purely because of the engine sound. After some time, I've sold the R1 and bought Aprilia Tuono V4 2021, because there was no alternative for the sound except MT10 (ugly). Seeing Your videos, I think we have a common taste. I recommend You try Tuono. It sounds absolutely fabulous and the riding position is more comfortable than "crotch rocket" - still the chassis is same as RSV4, so it rides really fast and precise (I did not understood why all the motorcycle magazines complement the chassis of this bike, but after having it - I totally understand.), while position for trips is much more convenient. Thanks for sharing and supporting the channel! I do enjoy my aprc RSV4. The Tuono would be a solid option for crushing some long distance road trips. How’s it feel on the highway with wind?
@@JT2JZ Acceptable until 120km/h (I have the base version with higher windscreen), above it the noise (even with earplugs) becomes unbearable for long trips (more than 100km). Still we've made a 3k km trip last week from Poland to Switzerland and it is a great bike to tour with. Just on the highways You need to keep 120 .
at the moment having problems with white smoke just like you had outs 6.7 v8 f450. Tomorrow we will be blocking EGR cooler since def and egr and not working and hopefully the leaks are there and it will help. Otherwise we will try to see your method of fixing, if our problem wont lay where we think it is. We pray white smoke will go away XD
I hear you. Hard to ride a different type of bike within the same riding group. If i am on the cruiser, i prefer to ride with other cruisers, and vice versa with the sportbikes. For short city rides it probably doesnt matter as much as a trip you just completed
I will admit we had quite the odd ball group on our holiday! I could tell I was the most comfortable on the straights but I don’t think it was worth the trade off for the fun curvy sections. That will likely change as I get older but for now the sport bikes are were my passion will stay. I agree I enjoyed cruising with a few other Harley’s / cruisers keeping everything the same. Just going out for supper and a beer type thing. It just doesn’t have the thrill factor behind it as most cruiser riders don’t push the limits as hard as I like to. They are probably better for just casually hanging out with the guys though!
Gixxer is cheaper to buy and arguably a better value for performance. Kinda ugly though! I still prefer the R6. It’s more iconic and in my opinion can’t beat how it looks. More of a full package bike.

I cruise on my Judge at 80mph @ 2700 rpm. Not sure what cars you are trying to overtake, Ferrari's lol?
Brakes are underpowered on it for sure though.
On another note, have you ridden a gixxer? If so how would you say it stacks against the r6
