Sir I have one question every site We need control plan node or there are multiple site and there is one control plan node. ?

The short answer is, it depends. SD-Access is majorly an enterprise solution so we are talking about say a campus. There might be deployments where couple of campuses are closeby in which case the fabric might be spread across. Since control plane node majorly stores IP, MAC, RLOC there is nothing stopping from using the same node. But for an highly available network, i would suggest looking into redundancy. cat 9300, 9400, 9500 and 9600 all serve as ideal control plane nodes

I need small clarification i e.., control node will be on top of border node or below the border node. I am bit confused because everyone kept that node in cloud but where exactly it will sit i am unable to get

In most of the environments I've worked with, control and border functionality is enabled on the same device, though you can have separate devices for each role as well.
All of SDA sits inside your enterprise so nothing in the cloud for this solution.
