    Roti is a complex carb therefore takes time to digest in our body , thus keeps us full for some time , whereas bread found mostly in indian markets is a simple carb which is refined and processed and so gets easily digested by body and so we get hungry easily after consuming it after an hour or two so Roti is healthier

      we don't eat a chapati which is made 1-2 days before our consumption... so how can we eat a bread which is made 5-6 days prior to our consumption... bread is full of preservatives.. and its not that healthy to eat.. the concept of bread came from the West where they can get fresh and 25-30 types of bread.. and in India we are copying that from the West in spite of the fact that roti is just like bread but a lot more healthier.

    roti and brown bread ka main ingredient whole grain jaise whole wheat flour....only difference is making process...aur roti hamare gharon m daily banti hai km se km din m teen baar aur hmm vo chodkr market se baasi aur purani brown bread khareed kr khate hain jo ki kafi costly hoti hai.....ye sirf ik example hai aur na jane kitni aisi cheezin hain....

    I love my mum's handmade desi ghee namak, aloo, gobhi, paneer and sometimes gud or cheeni parantha. No stupid brown or multi grain crappy unhealthy processed bread can beat that.

    Sir mere dietician ne brown bread break fast me suggest Kari thi ..par jab Mera weight loss nhi hua to wo kehne lagi Mera weight roti se badh raha ha ..kehne lagi roti Khana chod do 😖 and she said eat brown bread with sabji in lunch also ...thank you so much for clearing my doubts😊

    Sir you are right , And about the long life thing specially because my great grandmother lived for 113 years and she had a really normal diet like chapati , daal and sometimes chicken other than that the area she used to live in had a very pure air aswell so maybe that helped extend her lifespan but I am not too sure about that.

    Roti pehle khrab nahi krti thi..ab is liye krti h kyunki green revolution ki vjah se hybrid wheat ugna shuru hogya h...and usme natural indian wheat ke comparison mein kahi jada gluten hota h ...just to produce mass production.

    Fitness is about the nutrition not about source of nutrition. People go for fancy sources and neglect their home food ...and end up saying dieting or bodybuilding is expensive...bro you yourself made it expensive ....eat whatever is cooked at home but in limit that's the key.

    The best thing I like about your videos is that you talk logic and science, I mean people blindly follow western countries.
    Eg. Everyone have started consuming juices instead of fruits. Which is nothing but some sweet water with few minerals, no amount of fiber is present in them. Also we can consume juice of 10 oranges but cant eat two oranges. Just because it makes us full.

    Thank you for sharing the information as i am at low carb sir and doing GVT i am taking protein, creating before the workout and eggs also i ate carb+fat but not more i am weigh in 91 KG wanted a muscle gain+ weight loss not body lost is it good sir or will you help me out with diet plan

      Ashish gvt is actually for bulking u need a lot of food with that
      Change ur program and keep a calorie deficit
