Roti is a complex carb therefore takes time to digest in our body , thus keeps us full for some time , whereas bread found mostly in indian markets is a simple carb which is refined and processed and so gets easily digested by body and so we get hungry easily after consuming it after an hour or two so Roti is healthier
we don't eat a chapati which is made 1-2 days before our consumption... so how can we eat a bread which is made 5-6 days prior to our consumption... bread is full of preservatives.. and its not that healthy to eat.. the concept of bread came from the West where they can get fresh and 25-30 types of bread.. and in India we are copying that from the West in spite of the fact that roti is just like bread but a lot more healthier.

Sir you are right , And about the long life thing specially because my great grandmother lived for 113 years and she had a really normal diet like chapati , daal and sometimes chicken other than that the area she used to live in had a very pure air aswell so maybe that helped extend her lifespan but I am not too sure about that.

Roti ka sándwich nahi banta... bread slice ka sándwich as postworout use kar sakte ho..subah - Subah Roti kaun banayega ya kali mi kaun khaega . better is Bread puré brown n wheat wali multigran..
In hyderabad old city people still use word roti either it is bread or wheat bread .

The best thing I like about your videos is that you talk logic and science, I mean people blindly follow western countries.
Eg. Everyone have started consuming juices instead of fruits. Which is nothing but some sweet water with few minerals, no amount of fiber is present in them. Also we can consume juice of 10 oranges but cant eat two oranges. Just because it makes us full.
