Thank you very much BLPW. I've Followed and do biggest loser power walk 1 to 4 for 2month and 23 days from now, and from 72 Kilo I am now 61.8 with this exercise and proper food i lose now 10Kilo's. Thank you soooo muccchhh. :)
Hi msbluelyn.. Congratulations. It is a very good progress.. Did you do all these 4 walks continuously each day or you took breaks in between.. Also did you do any other exercise apart from these as well .. Thanks

I start this last feb 28 and around march 3rd week i lost 10kilo. i do this exercise everyday. morning I do the exercise 1 and 2 and at night i the remaining 3 and 4 i do it everyday. sometimes it was tiring but i was thinking if i stop this i will gain weight. no i just do this exercise only this biggest loser power walk 1 to 4 till now. but still you need to combine with proper food and exercise and you need to maintain this less carb, avoid sweet and faty food.

wow that is great news satisvit. just focus on your goal. less everything as you can, but if your in craving for chocolate,chips or anything you can eat a little bit but not too much, thats what i do. after 3months my progress now in my weight is good. from 72 kilo to 60 kilo now. you can do it, if i can you will too. let me know your progress i am happy to hear about it. ;) good luck FOCUS ON YOUR GOAL. ^_^

As much as I'm anti Biggest Looser tv show, I got the DVD for this, and it's really quite a good one. It's got 4 walks of something like 15 minutes, and nothing involving burpees or pushups or anything on the floor.
This was pretty intense for me. I got use to the slower pace of part one and two, I guess. I would not recommend just jumping into this one if you are super out of shape. Start with the first two, as those are your building blocks. Otherwise, it's a great workout, I am so proud of myself for getting through it.

Jan 2024…. I do this three times in the morning back to back and three times at night back to back…. Lord help me!
Feb 2024 ...I do this 2x in morning and 1 at night . I can def tell the diff. Happy work outs:)

Great video, sometimes I even do it twice :) more of a power run than walk though! Def works up a good sweat within just 15 min
